Holiday rentals with a patio in North Coast

Great place to stay for a short stay, we had deer show up about 30 minutes after arrival. lots of shade and a great place to sit outside at night with all the surrounding lights. Just be sure to bring your mosquito spray! very clean place and comfy bed with room for my toddler to play, inside and out! very responsive and accommodating host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

The spotless and comfortable apartment and large deck were even better than the pictures in Deborah's listing. The mini split A/Cs were so welcome in summer in Ukiah. We've stayed in lots of AirBnBs, and Deborah's very thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were among the best we've experienced. The peaceful and serene apartment and grounds provided exactly what these weary travelers needed after a long drive.

this was a great location to everywhere we wanted to visit. the apartment didn't even feel like a part of the house when there, it was secluded and private. super clean as well.

Very clean, welcoming place. Alexander’s apartment was very comfortable for 3 adults, with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Alexander answered my questions super promptly, he is a great host. We highly recommend his place.

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

Linda’s Green Queen was beautiful with a mix of amazing antique furniture and modern conveniences. We had a great visit and it was so refreshing to come back each night to a beautiful and comforting place. The thoughtfulness in even the smallest details was noticeable and appreciated.

Private and beautiful surroundings. The private creek access is the best part. the house itself is very clean and we'll maintained. The 3 pieces surround sound system is awesome surprise for us to enjoy the music all day. Susan is very responsive and proactive. We had a great time here.

Jason’s place is even better than described, Sea Ranch is a serene beautiful environment and the home blends right into it. Inside feels like a true home with all the amenities, high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout. The views are even better you can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings we cooked dinner all 4 nights of our stay. The cedar hot tub was perfect and the stars at night were amazing. It’s just 5 minutes to the lodge if you want to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, or 10 minutes to Gualala if you need to grab something from the store. You can walk right from the house along the ocean and to smugglers. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here for the best Sea Ranch experience

It is the second time that I have been to this house. As beautiful and peaceful as the first time. It was an awesome 4 days with hiking, walking and just R&R. Can’t wait to come back.

Megan’s place is a beautiful cottage surrounded by a vineyard with so much attention to details. There is a large bocce ball court with fruit trees around it, a good hot tub, and a genuinely warm space. Our family of 5 felt really comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend!!

It was a lovely home, the space was quiet and the neighborhood calm. We loved the aesthetic and felt right at home, being able to sit outside and enjoy it all was a huge plus. Within walking distance of a microbrewery, grocery store, and historic Arcata. A list of local restaurants and hikes were available to us, they were friendly and responsive people, I felt right at home. Thank you!!

Donna’s house in Mendocino was an unforgettable stay. It was perfect for our family event. It has one of the best ocean views on the planet (truly felt like we were at the edge of the earth.) We especially loved watching the Point Cabrillo Lighthouse from the deck, which made the experience even more magical. The house was well-equipped, comfortable, and peaceful. We’d absolutely recommend it and hope to return!

We loved the entire property. the kids and dogs played ball in the front yard and the fire pit was amazing for smores. The gas fire pit on the porch was great for watching the sunset over the ocean. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Being dog friendly was so important to our family. We loved the pool at the community center, the beaches and the Skunk train. Great birthday celebration house.

Had an amazing night staying at your place, The Exquisite. Check in was easy after getting cell service. My group, of 4, loved having a working, clean hot tub with a view after getting off the LCT after 4 days. 10/10 will recommend and will definitely keep your place in mind when we plan for our next trip at shelter cove. This is an absolute gem, a retreat on the green slope of Panoramic hill, which makes you feel like you are in the country. 10 minutes downhill is the campus with all the amenities; a few minutes up hill are the beautiful hiking 'fire' trails. A glass on wine on the terrace, watching the sun go down over Berkeley, was a very special treat. Inside, the house is spacious, thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, with low key but beautifully designed pieces, in keeping with the Arts and Crafts heritage of the neighbourhood. Also, the layout and furnishings are very practical, and everything is there for a comfortable stay (eg the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with consumables, the duvets and sheets are lovely). Initially, the noise of the heating coming on kept me up at night (I am a light sleeper), but then I turned it off, and all was well again. I can't recommend this place enough, am tempted to come back to Berkeley just to stay there again.

Great place to stay while visiting the East Bay. Beautiful neighborhood: quiet, safe, and easily walkable to a variety of restaurants/shops. Very convenient for public transportation or driving as well. The apartment is spacious for a couple, much more room than you’d have in a basic hotel room. Loren was proactive in sending check-in instructions and provided a thorough guidebook both for the place itself and the surrounding area. No complaints!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and conveniently located. Mill Valley is a beautiful town. I would highly recommend this property.

This place was perfect for a girls trip to Napa. The pullout couch bed was plenty big and comfortable in addition to the king bed in the 1 main bedroom. The bathroom was spotless and updated. The kitchen was also beautiful and updated. We loved being able to sit on the back patio that overlooks the golf course. We were able to get the TV to work perfectly fine and it was nice that we were able to do all of the streaming services. We utilized Uber for the most part going to wineries and dinners and it took about 10-15 mins for cars to get to us but we expected that and left enough time for that. The whole Silverado neighborhood is really nice and made it easy to walk/run through the neighborhood without worrying about busy car traffic. Everything was very clearly communicated from check in to check out and everything in between. Great experience overall and we'd definitely recommend booking this stay again!

Nice place but please be aware that you are not entitled to/do not have access to all of the amenities at the resort—they are for those who booked through the resort directly. You can still eat at the restaurant and market at the resort, but the pool situation was finicky. We ended up being able to get in to the pool (not the spa pool but the one by the tennis courts) because someone let us in, but it was FOB access only—which we did not have. Overall beautiful location and unit and host was very friendly and communicative + flexible with check in! Would book here again in the future. Thanks!
