The place was awesome and nice definitely will be staying there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

There aren’t enough characters to detail all the positives about this place. It was so clean, peaceful, well laid out, comfortable, furnished well to cook there and enjoy the stay. Very nice table and chairs to eat out by the pool. The house guide book was very helpful. Very much appreciated the bathroom off the pool. Everything was in working order. Extremely well stocked. The host is the best we have worked with. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would give it. We have already booked for next year.

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

This house was fantastic. Obviously well thought out. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook right down to the electric kettle. Loved the outside bathroom off the pool. Decor is upgraded. Ceiling fans were beautiful.The personal office was a nice touch. Hasan and Hazel were wonderful with communicating and very receptive to any inquiries. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be repeat guests.

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

The property was hard to leave. It was exactly what we needed. It was so quiet and the landscaping around the pool area was wonderful. I would highly suggest this property and would definitely return. Pictures and description was spot on, no surprises with this one. Very responsive as I had a question regarding the pool and it was answered right away.

Beautiful home with plenty of space. The large pool and hot tub were perfect for our teenagers. Beautiful dock. perfect for fishing and enjoying nature. House had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of local activities, including the beach and boating. Lots of local restaurants within a short drive from the house. Large farmers market in Cape Coral, which had plenty of local vendors and food. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Host was responsive and provided easy instructions during our stay.

Dennis and Stacey’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had plenty of space to spread out inside, but especially loved the dining/living areas in the lanai! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaking, and fishing off the dock. We also rented a boat and were given clear instructions on where to dock, which was perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day!

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!

Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

For my first time renting with Airbnb, it was a wonderful experience for me and my guest and I am grateful that your house was my first experience. I loved the location, cleanliness, and decor, of the house. There being 2 fridges was a plus, access to fishing (guest loved that and even caught a cat fish). Loved that there was a pool and hot tub, there was a minor issue with the temperature in the hot tub but Patrick was very responsive and took care of the issue promptly. Jodi is an amazing host and the place was super clean and filled with all the things you could need in an Airbnb. I’ve been to many and her place was definitely top tier. The house and pool were super clean and stocked with many things. Jodi answers quickly and allowed us to check in early due to a flight change. The house has beautiful view and is updated. My favorite thing was the heated automated toilets with bidet. We all were obsessed with them. I would highly recommend staying here if in the Cape Coral or ft Myers area. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jodi for a giving us a great place to stay while celebrating my daughter’s engagement!

We decided to book a last minute family trip to FL. My wife found the Villa Nautica and absolutely loved what she saw from the photos. As soon as we arrived the outside and inside of the house was absolutely beautiful! Photos don’t do it justice! House was super clean and had every amenity a family could need. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to another family vacation to the Villa Nautica! Would definitely recommend this house.

Stayed for a long weekend with my wife. The pool was the perfect temp, everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. We liked that there was some stuff furnished like condiments and other little things that are not always fun to buy just for a weekend trip. Would stay again and would recommend! Very nice place

This is a beautiful home with an extremely nice pool/ hot tub/ kitchen/ dining/ lounge area outside that is totally screened. The home itself is lovely with 4 king size beds and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom is spacious with two walk-in closets and a large attached bath. Three large glass patio doors open to the lanai. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. There is a nice dining and living area and seven televisions if the pool can’t keep you busy. The surrounding area is fairly new and we enjoyed our walks outside. There are also four bikes for your enjoyment and for the beach, coolers and beach chairs and toys and boggie boards, which are so fun. The pool has toys also. Lots of restaurants nearby and of course the Gulf has all kinds of adventures. But after every excursion, our grandchildren kept wanting to come back to the pool. It was a very fun trip.

We stayed at this amazing vacation home that exceeded all of our expectations! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the beautiful heated pool, and hot tub perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Dock for fishing and setting. Plus, we were just a short drive from some of the best restaurants in the area, allowing us to indulge in delicious meals. I highly recommend this vacation home for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a fantastic getaway!

Wow! Our second stay at Annalena's place was just as amazing as the first! It truly feels like our home away from home. The home shines with cleanliness and brightness. The surroundings are simply stunning! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the dock or watching gorgeous sunsets at night, the beauty of the property never failed to impress. A refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing float under the sun, the pool added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We're already planning our next visit because we just can't get enough! Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us. Can't wait to be back again! We also want to give a special shout out to Florian, the property manager. His attentiveness and communication made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The house was absolutely spotless and looked just like the photos. Check in/check out was easy, and there was plenty of restaurants nearby for us to enjoy. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and if we come back to the area we would definitely want to stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Stephanie’s place! The apartment was spotless and wonderfully cleaned prior to our arrival. This home is perfect for families or for a romantic getaway. The secluded pool and hot tub were highlights!
