Beachfront holiday rentals in North Captiva Island

We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

Aaron was a terrific host, he responded in a timely manner and sent friendly reminders throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed and is very close to the beach. Both of the outdoor spaces had comfortable seating. There was a wagon to put the beach chairs and beach toys and coolers in. The beach chairs were great-they have straps like a backpack so that you could "wear" them if you didn't want to take the wagon, they have an attached pillow that can be flipped over the back when not in use, 2 zipper compartments on the back and 2 mesh pockets on the side. We definitely recommend staying at Aaron's Place in FMB! :)

Maria is an amazing host. She anticipated our needs and went above and beyond to help us find things for the kids to do. Her home was lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is perfect for Boaters/Fishermen! Boat ramp is within walking distance. Nice new dock with water hose to clean boat. Jug Creek Marina is one canal over, fuel, ice, live bait, live music and food! The house is just as described! Very clean and everything you would need for a stay. Wonderfull screened in patio.

Kate and team where VERY friendly, helpful and we had a minor key entrance issue and it was the middle of the night and they helped out! The pictures did this home no justice, it was a home away from home.

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Very kind and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you, Andy!

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

John’s place is the epitome of a perfect beach vacation home. I could rant on forever but you really just need to check it out for yourself, I wish we could keep it a secret but it would serve no justice to John and all the work he’s put into making this the perfect rental!

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Beautiful home! It was like having our own little private resort. Our last stay on FMB was prior to hurricane Ian. It was great to see all of the rebuilding going on here and on Sanibel. Love the area!

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.

If I could give 6 🌟, I would. This is our second stay with Holly. To say she is responsive is an understatement! We were thrilled with our stay. We love everything about the condo…the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. We made great use of the beach chairs and umbrellas since each day was filled with sunshine. We enjoyed walking and visited some of the restaurants we’d enjoyed in the past. Watched sunsets from Holly’s screened in balcony and on the beach. It is great to see Captiva recovering. Without hesitation, we would stay in the condo AGAIN! Really a super host!

What a wonderful place!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Had all the things we needed/wanted and more! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to get to a nice beach. The beds were all SO comfortable. Kelly had a variety of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs/umbrella, and a variety of floaties. She was also quick to respond and SO helpful with the questions I had. Highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral! The house was absolutely spotless! You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property. Everything was exactly as pictured, if not better. The space was bright, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the peaceful neighborhood and how close it was to great restaurants and waterfront views. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Gina was wonderful. She answered my questions before I even booked the place! That was wonderful. No guessing. I knew what I was getting. She was always responsive. North Captiva will not disappoint! Windows on the water is out of this world. Great family vacation with plenty to do. All the logistics were easy to navigate. We will be back! The island club with mango’s is a great addition. Need to add a golf cart to the property though. This will meet your expectations!

Amazing Stay at Blue Laguna – A Perfect Family Getaway. Communication with Solveigh was top-notch from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. Kale, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic—personable, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us to and from the ferry. He stayed in touch throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was stunning—beautifully maintained and fully stocked with everything our family could need, including a few things we’d forgotten. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and everything felt clean and cozy. We especially loved starting and ending our days on the screened-in porch—just relaxing, reading, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Our only complaints? Five nights just wasn’t long enough!!!

I can’t thank Dennis enough for hosting us. I have been vacationing on Sanibel since the mid 70’s. Awesome place, great host and Kandie and I experienced an AMAZING Beach Wedding! Can’t wait to celebrate our first anniversary next year here. Thanks again Dennis!

Our stay at this home and on this island was wonderful from start to finish. Our family enjoyed every moment on North Captiva. We spent our days exploring the island, seeing manatees, starfish, iguanas, turtles, and birds. We loved our walks on the beach, where we found so many beautiful seashells and sand dollars. And we made sure to catch the sunset each night on the beach just a short walk from the house. It truly is a place to disconnect and enjoy time as a family. The house is amazing. I loved my mornings on the upper deck reading, and we enjoyed many meals at the island in the beautiful kitchen. My kids loved riding around the island on the golf cart, and the many games played at the air hockey/pool table. Talia and Mike are responsive, friendly, and helpful. We hope to be back one day soon. I am forever grateful that we booked this trip, as the memories made will be cherished forever.

This is a gem of a place! It was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and clutter free and included most of our basic needs, although more paper towel would have been nice. The pool was clean, the perfect temperature, and so much fun but didn’t include any toys or floats - so make sure to bring your own! They did include 2 fishing poles which was perfect because we caught SO many fish right off the backyard. Our family had a blast and it is in a great location nearby lots of stores and restaurants. Communication was minimal but we didn’t have any issues to reach out about. Highly recommend staying here!
