Holiday rentals with beach access in North Captiva Island

Gina’s Condo was very comfortable; lazy boy chair and nice sofa. The king size bed was comfy also. The view to see the sunset every night was spectacular! You could also see the sunrise from the balcony if you’re an early riser! Looks just like the pictures on Airbnb!!

After a bad Airbnb host at 325 Mango in FMB (Rosanna Reilly, realtor) the host Im reviewing,Valerie (on Estero) got me in when I called her last minute crying over a youth hostel that wasn't advertised as such.. Rosanna allowed a bunch of cussing/drinking..??? boys to rent above me for my 53rd birthday that my girlfriend from NYC and myself from Cleveland, Ohio were flying in to rent.??!! Airbnb and Rosanna would not allow me out of the frightening rental and contract. Valerie called me at 8:15pm and got me in her place 5 minutes later. I was sobbing because it was my birthday and my nephew had died 2 years earlier at 31 on my birthday. My friend and I were memorializing his memory. We don't drink..We just wanted peace and quiet. Valerie's place was stunning! She did lock off 2 of the 3 bedrooms because she knew what we needed and it's her property..understood...RESPECT! 😊 My friend Linh and I love Valerie. If she ever needs a place in Ohio..she is welcome anytime!!! All the Best! -d

Beautifully renovated condo in peaceful complex, steps away from beach! Well equipped with everything needed for our week long stay. We enjoyed the location, allowing us to relax and revisit our favorite restaurants with amazing seafood. Thank you for the use of the unit, allowing us to reconnect on beautiful Sanibel Island!

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott's beachside Airbnb! The location couldn't have been better - steps away from the sand, which made for easy beach days. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Scott was also a fantastic host. He was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made the whole process smooth and easy. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

Irina's condo was perfect for our girl's trip. Kitchen was well equipped, we cooked most of our meals there. Screen porch was a great place to eat dinner or spend an afternoon reading. The beach was a short walk and there were towels and beach supplies provided. Parking was easy. Lots to do close by!

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Hidden Treasure lives up to the name. It is a beautiful house, at the end of a secluded quiet road, with everything you need! The house was clean and comfortable. You had all the things you needed to cook, entertain, and relax. The outdoor amenities were amazing (pool, music, TV, soccer, basketball, corn hole, shower, water toys, seating, fans)! You name it and it was there to be enjoyed!!! The inside was well appointed and very comfortable. Only minor thing missing were good utensils in the kitchen for cooking, but you can get by with what is there. The kitchen is well appointed with spices and cookware. When it comes to the island, it is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! Great beaches, awesome wildlife (manatees and dolphins were seen many times from simply standing at the docks. The Island Club had two good pools, Mangos and Mainstay had great food, and The Market had basics if needed! Boats and More was exceptional too! The included golf cart was amazing! The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Beautiful home! It was like having our own little private resort. Our last stay on FMB was prior to hurricane Ian. It was great to see all of the rebuilding going on here and on Sanibel. Love the area!

The house was immaculate. The pool area is amazing. Quick walk to the beach and lots of great places to eat. Having available pool and beach gear was great to have as well since we flew in. Our hosts were so responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again, and probably for longer next time. Thank you!

Ricardo’s place in Cape Coral is amazing. You feel right at home. The house was so clean and smelled great upon arrival, especially the bathrooms. He even has a box fan in the master bedroom closet! The private screened in pool, grill, and the Sun loungers were the best part of the place. So relaxing and beautiful. We saw a burrowing owl on the top of the screen on our first night! The neighbors are very friendly too! I would recommend that you stay here. It’s amazing for a great deal too compared to others in the area. Very close to fort myers, sanibel island, and lovers key beach as well. There is also beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage which came in handy for the UV 11!! Along with sandcastle supplies as well! If you stay here i recommend you dine at the Mastello Ristorante and Steakhouse!! Only 10 minutes away with out of this world service and food. Took my daughter who just graduated from college along with a friend and my son who just finished his freshman year at college to Fort Myers for a summer vacation. The location of this home was perfect for us. We were able to easily visit 3 beaches... Forty Myers (which is great), Sanibel Iland and Naples. Lot's of shopping, Publix and Walmart are very close. Went to PopStroke... Eat, Put and Drink. Very fun place and close. The house itself was perfect. Very clean, plenty of room, great kitchen and the rear patio and pool area were awesome. Spent every morning on the dock sipping coffee and watching for the dolphins which showed up regularly. The host was great and very helpful. As I mentioned to the host, I would rate this place and its location a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Unfortunately, my wife could not make the trip due to a last minute work emergency but she wants to come with me to experience it all so it looks like we will be making a return to this home. THANKS!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

Lover’s Key is a lovely low key and private place to stay! This is our 4th anniversary here in Ft Meyers. Our time here never disappoints. John’s place has what you need but we always bring extra TP, dishwasher cubes and laundry cubes. Just makes it easier… Flipper’s restaurant is right outside the door. Good food and good drinks! Key Lime Colada was delish! Lastly, please remember that Ft Meyers is still in a rebuilding phase, it’s taken a couple of years to get the bridge re built. There are plenty of things to do downtown and surrounding areas. We look forward to next year!

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.
