We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

Villa mariposa es preciosa.Muy cómoda,limpia y con todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta .Rhi y Michael estuvieron muy pendientes por si necesitábamos algo y respondían rápidamente.Tanto adentro como afuera puedes sentirte cómodo y relajado .El Jardín es precioso,la vista desde el muelle fue muy amena.Recomendamos la casa de Rhi sin dudarlo.Esperamos poder regresar pronto ya q a mi familia y amigos les encantó.

This was a great place to stay and relax after a long road trip. The pool is awesome.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access our boat; the location made everything so convenient, from docking to getting out on the water quickly. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

Paul, Alicia and Keely were so amazing! They were very responsive and helpful to all of our needs. My daughter left her iPad and they immediately notified us and went out of their way to get it back in our possession. I would highly recommend Grace by the Sea! i can’t wait to go back!

Paradise found for sure! Just spent 3 days here, celebrating my mother's 80th birthday and she requested a quiet place with a pool. The house is lovely, with a beautiful pool and all the amenities you need for a peaceful and quiet getaway. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

The house is beautiful and in perfect condition. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. My family and I had a very happy stay.

We had a great time with family and we enjoyed the view, kayaking and surrounding neighborhood was kind, instructions were clear and helpful, everybody enjoyed the stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

My family loved this home. My daughter didn't want to get out of the pool. Host was very responsive answering questions. The home was very clean and fresh looking. Great showers and comfy beds. It had everything we needed for our stay.

El lugar es igual a como aparece en las fotos y descripciones, es muy acogedor , tiene las comodidades necesarias, te hace sentir como en tu hogar , tuve inconveniente con la parrilla pero me dijeron que se encargarían , pero aún así la recomiendo me encantó a mi a mi familia.Volvería a ir .

Absolutely beautiful home with updated fixtures and amenities. We loved the location right on the water with access to kayaks and the pool was incredible for our family. We loved checking out the different beaches, islands and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend and we are so thankful for this home helping our family have the vaca of a lifetime! Host was incredibly responsive and home met and exceeded our expectations!

Maria is so hospitable! This is an excellent place for fishermen bringing their boats. Trailer parking and a ramp are super convenient. The dock is just outside the back door. Maria helped my husband and son in law get settled and left lots of thoughtful goodies. Super clean and thoughtfully furnished. Highly recommend this place for its bay fishing location and excellent price. You get lots for your money here!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay and have a relaxing weekend and we came accross susanas house and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds and fresh linens.and a really nice pool The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was great for relaxing in the evenings. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and great local tips. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Beautiful well equipped home! Spotlessly clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and woefully designed and clean. Nice views, quiet setting and a Great boat dock. We had an amazing stay! The place was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and so well cared for, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. It is well equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The highlight for us was the beautiful pool area and the stunning canal water views—such a peaceful setting, especially in the mornings and evenings. The area is safe and nice for morning and evening runs or walks as well. Merrill was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish including voluntarily offering a late checkout to accomodate our flight schedule! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this lovely island retreat to anyone looking for a clean, scenic, and relaxing getaway! Ariani’s is the little Italian restaurant recommended in the hosts guidebook. Make sure to plan on dining there during your stay! Great choice!

We were very happy with our stay, Andrea was a great host! Everything was clean and well-organized, the location on the water was beautiful and let us get some great pictures of the sunset, and we all had a blast with the pool and hot tub. Thank you for everything!

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice and relaxing stay. Bed was very comfortable, however we did bring our own pillows. The pool and hot tub were relaxing as well. The gazebo shown on the picture does not exist, but that is okay as we stay under the covered area outside. Our puppy loved how much room he had to run in the backyard. We did have to fix the gate ourselves as it would not close properly and we didn’t want your puppy escaping. All in all it was an amazing nice stay and super relaxing! Thank you Frankling so much for everything!
