Holiday rentals with a patio in North Beach

We only stayed two nights but it was great! Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Rebecca and Diana were ready for any questions we had and more than happy to help if we had an issue. I will definitely be booking here again in the future.

The location was perfect for us, 5 minutes from anything you need. Tony was very nice and the bnb was exactly as pictured!!! Everything was clean and had anything you might need. Thank you so much!!

We booked this place just a day before the long weekend. Still, we felt the price was too good. The home is spotless with the all amenities you need. Everything was well-stocked. It’s literally 1-2 min drive to the beach, which was a bonus! I would love stay here again!

travelled in a group of 10 friends. the area was very walkable & we loved being so close to the beach. had plenty of space to entertain and relax, and anthony was an incredible host who gave clear and simple instructions. we had a great trip and would 100% stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay!!! The house was clean, relaxing and spacious. Parking was great, and the top patio was relaxing to drink some coffee, or just enjoy the view. Evan was quick at responding and I definitely would recommend his place to anyone!!! He was an amazing host!!! Great Stay in a Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made it super convenient. There was a small issue with the A/C when I arrived, but the host was very responsive and walked me through the solution quickly. It was resolved without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

We rented the Blue Barracuda for friends from out of state who were here for a long weekend . They were so impressed with Tiffany’s rental . They were very comfortable , the place was sparkling clean , beds were comfy . They loved the decor as well . The area was quiet and centrally located on the island . Check in was easy as was check out . They had more than enough hot water for 2 teen girls to shower with plenty left for the folks! A/C kept it cool as well . They couldn’t say enough good things and kept thanking us for setting them up in such a lovely , comfortable place .

Our family had a great time at the rental. The grocery store, restaurant, and bars were all close by. We didn’t get to enjoy the lake or pool because we were at the beach the whole weekend. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Traci's house was magnificent and HUGE! Plenty of space for any size family. I would definitely recommend booking with her.

The location was perfect minutes away from the beach. the botanical gardens, and other locations that Corpus Christi has to offer.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. * Checkin and checkout were easy. * Good communication with host; quick responses. * house was clean, well furnished and spacious * Beds were firm but comfortable; pillows of different firmness available * Cold AC and fans worked well. * Shower worked well and handheld shower heads were a plus; hot water limited when both showers are in use; body wash/shampoo/conditioner are provided. * Kitchen is set for cooking & eating meals; basic spices provided * No dishwasher available; dish detergent provided * Keurig dual coffee maker (k-pods & drip coffee) is provided; bring your own k-pods and coffee grounds; instant coffee with creamer & sugar is provided * Garage for parking car was available, but we didn’t use it * Neighborhood is quiet & safe. * Washer/dryer work well; detergent provided. * Roku TV has plenty of streaming apps * Short drive to stores/restaurants and hwy * Charcoal grill worked fine. NOTES: bring mosquito repellent for outdoors

Honestly such a good host him and her are amazing I've been literally come here again in a heartbeat they were so nice the fire alarm went off in our room but there wasn't a fire and the husband came over and fixed it for us and it was just really nice of him I really recommend his face and these people so nice genuinely humble hope to rent it out again!!!!

Very convenient location to the beach! Really enjoyed the easy access. Place was clean and spacious. AC worked well with the instructions that were provided. Just make sure you’re fairly mobile so you can get up and down the spiral stairs easily. I didn’t have an issue, but could be a problem for older or bigger people.

This is a beachfront condo you can walk to the beach. That was a plus since we had our 2 grandkids with us. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Very easy to find location and safe parking. Place was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean feel inside, with the amenities included as listed. Close proximity to the beach, and beach accommodations (toys, cooler, etc) provided - super cool touch. (If you’re not prepared with a canopy and chairs for the beach, you can rent them there on the beach. We rented a canopy and four layout loungers for $100 for the whole day - 10:30am -6pm). The pool and hot tub area were in excellent condition. The bed was super soft and comfy, so if you’re used to firm this is not it. This was a very comfortable stay for our little family. We take annual mini summer trips to Corpus Christi, and look forward to staying here again 😎👍🏼

We had a great weekend for my grandsons birthday! Close to the beach ! The beach oasis was very inviting, clean. Had everything you need plus some! Thank you for sharing your place! I will definitely be back. Wish I didn't have to leave , but back to reality 😊

This was our second stay at this particular condo. The space was clean, came with every amenity listed, great view of the pool and water.

Amazing!! Stayed 4 days: Grandparents with Mom and Dad and a 1 year old. Condo was clean enough for the baby to crawl on the floors. Bedrooms on either side of the living room with bathrooms were perfect to make everyone comfortable. King BR big enough for a PacknPlay and dark enough for a good nap. Kitchen had everything we needed. Entire building and grounds were well maintained. Pool was sparkling clean. Enjoyed interactions with staff, other guests and people who lived there. We have been to Port Aransas 5x and this is The Best location! The beach was close enough to go back and forth to the unit several times in the day as needed, and to enjoy walks in the early morning and night. Brought a light weight folding wagon for the baby with us. So easy and she loved it. The balcony view and sounds - so relaxing. This place has it all! Already planning for next year.
