Guest house holiday rentals in North Austin

Emily’s little guesthouse was a perfect find. We stayed 5days and had everything we needed, it was well stocked, even a blender and Texas Pecan coffee. The guesthouse was quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. Loved the location. Emily was friendly and gave clear instructions and responds quickly to messages. I hope to stay there again when we are visiting family.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this lovely casita! It was cozy, well equipped, clean, cool and in a really nice neighborhood. Nadia was also great to meet and very friendly.

This is our second time staying at Kris’s place. We love staying there. It’s in a great location and has everything you need! Kris is so sweet and we loved seeing her sweet dog, Gertie.

Cozy place, feels like a mini home away from home. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood, close to all the hot spots Austin has to offer. Would definitely recommend. Loved the furry and feathered pets!

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Jessa and Blake’s guesthouse. Clean, cozy, cute space, and welcoming. Has everything you’ll need. Even though the address is on a busy road the guesthouse is very quiet. Easy parking on the side streets. Sheets and towels are good quality. The bed is VERY comfortable. Plenty of hangars for clothes. Air conditioning worked great. Water pressure was good. If you come back at night walkways are illuminated and a motion sensor light comes on. The neighborhood is one of Austin’s originals so if you like houses with character this is the spot. Grocery stores and places to eat within a ten minute drive. Would absolutely come back and stay at the guest house!

Aaron's place is a hidden gem! perfectly nestled just outside downtown Austin. Just walking distance from a park, several restaurants and market. Plenty of parking and quiet neighborhood. Aaron and his family are lovely and more than accommodating. I appreciate their hospitality so much. I will definitely stay at Aaron's place whenever I find myself anywhere near Austin. Thank you so much!

Stayed at Jon’s cozy casita with my mom and it was the perfect size for 2 people. Felt very private and we got to say hi everyday to his super kind and well behaved doggos. The AC also worked great as it was starting to get hot in Austin! Jon was super responsive and made sure we felt at home. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at Allison and Steven’s guesthouse for a week! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and in a great location. The guest house was very comfortable, cute, and felt spacious. The backyard was lovely and we felt right at home. Allison and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. We’d love to come back next time we’re in ATX. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Feels spacious and has a big shower! The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The space was well designed, aesthetically and practically.

Rita’s place is close to my Shady Hollow family… very convenient. I’ve stayed there a couple of times and it will always be my first choice for future stays.

probably one of the best airbnb i stayed at in austin! love the fact that my dog could come with us and he was so comfortable and the airbnb is not that far from domain and downtown so it was perfect commute for us. the host literally the sweetest and assist to my needs and wants. the bed is so comfortable we didn’t make it to one of our rsvp because we just wanted to stay in bed. it definitely felt at home and the host has snacks and drinks. we will definitely be booking again!

Absolutely loved our weekend at Cottage #1! It is so close to Austin and Dripping Springs that it's a short drive to activities. the air bnb was clean, spacious, and so inviting. absolutely would stay here again!

Max’s place was awesome. Calm, safe feeling, and convenient neighborhood, easy parking, and very nice space. It had a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a hot shower with good water pressure. Max was kind and quick to respond. 10/10.

Stefanie is indeed a super host, and her house is one of the top Airbnb experiences we've ever had. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and after a couple of long driving days, this place was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Georgetown is a really nice community, and the house put us in easy reach of Austin. We recommend and will definitely return.

Great place to stay for a visit to Austin. Located in a quiet area a quick ride away from downtown. Jennifer was friendly and quick to respond to questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The highlight being spending time in the beautiful lap pool. Our instructions to access the place were clear and we had everything we needed. There was a great place to get coffee and breakfast right around the corner and we walked to dinner and events in downtown Austin. I would absolutely recommend this place to other travelers.

My wife and I drove down to Austin from Fort Worth for a concert and Kristina's private apartment was perfect for us to rest our heads after a night of fun. It's a cute, cozy, and clean converted garage with everything you need, whether for one night like us, or for a longer stay with its full kitchen. Kristina was an excellent communicator and made self check-in a breeze, the accommodation was easy to find and I appreciated the dedicated parking spot in the driveway. We arrived late, around 11:30pm, so I can't speak to the neighborhood's vibe during the day, but it was peaceful and quiet for our bedtime. Lots of available lighting for a variety of moods, plenty of power outlets and USB ports, and even a small collection of board games. With several ceiling fans and a beefy air conditioner it was easy staying cool in the Texas heat. I highly recommend Kristina's accommodation and thank her for having us!

This stay hit all the marks. It’s in a great location with quick access to everything we wanted to do while also providing the peace and privacy you rarely get this close to Austin. We always felt welcomed coming/going by the hosts and hope to stay again in the future.

We lived near this neighborhood before, and wanted to stay here because how walkable the neighborhood is, and how close it is to a bus route. We enjoyed walking to catch a bus downtown to listen to live music one night, and I walked to meet some friends at Upper Crust Bakery another morning. This guest house was perfect for is, we could relax in privacy and come take a nap between meeting with friends. We appreciate the kind responsiveness to a request and felt all of our needs were met - we appreciate the use of the on site washer and dryer!

felt right at home, very cute and cozy little space. wasn’t right in the city but was only 10 - 20 minutes from everything in downtown, it was perfect! :)
