Beachfront holiday rentals in North Aegean Region

Stamatis is extremely kind and attentive and helped make our stay special. He’d warned us not many tavernas would be open in April so we were prepared for that. An added benefit of this time of year was the wildflowers on beautiful walks. We used the AllTrails app under a free trial!

Super friendly host, very welcoming and accomodating. Room was lovely and very spacious. Location is perfect. Kitchen was excellently stocked and shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable, balcony a good size and lovely decorated. Thank you so much. Highly recommend

Si vous cherchez un endroit calme et paisible vous serez heureux dans cette maison bien arrangée avec son jardin d’agrumes, sa pergola et sa cuisine extérieure. Vous bénéficiez de l’hospitalité grecque et de la bienveillance de Maria et John qui contribuent par leur disponibilité discrète à vous sentir vraiment en vacances. Au bord de la mer quelques tavernes permettent de se restaurer ainsi qu’à Volissos dont l’épicerie est ouverte tous les jours. De belles balades et excursions autour font de cette maison un excellent emplacement.

Blue Samos is a true paradise gem of Samos. Peaceful, private, and stunning views even from the inside. I have been to many Airbnbs and this one was the best one I’ve ever stayed at. Starting from the immaculate cleanliness, modern technology, great WiFi, and fully stocked amenities, the host Dimitris made it truly exceptional with his hospitality. His responsiveness and communication made our stay easy and comfortable. We really enjoyed his local recommendations and the wonderful complimentary local goods. On top of that, although we arrived a day late due to personal circumstances, Dimitris accommodated our schedule with a late check out which was a show of above and beyond hospitality and we are so grateful. We will definitely come back again!

This was a wonderful stay!!! The area is beautiful and Christina had some great suggestions about a local tavern and coffee shop right on the beach. Pictures don’t do this little house justice. We rented a car and I think that’s absolutely the way to go as there are limited options within the town itself.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rod’s in Tinos! The place was really clean, looked just like the photos, if not better, and had everything that was listed. Tinos was our favourite island and the beaches across the island, and close to Rod’s were all stunning! He was really friendly, showed us how everything worked, and gave us some good recommendations for our stay. I would say you need a scooter or car as the house is up a (beautiful) but steep hill, and we were so grateful we had one when we got here (Tinos is also really hilly and a car gave us the opportunity to fully explore!) we used ‘Aromos’ for rental and they were so kind and cheap! Porto (the main port) was beautiful with amazing restaurants and only a 10 minute drive! Amazing value for money - 10/10 recommend :)

A great place to relax. The beaches are beautiful and the local people are friendly. The views from the house are amazing. Lemnos is our favourite island in Greece. We will definitely be back. The host is very responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay while on Tinos. A 10 min walk from Tinos town and a block to the beach. Easy parking. The apartment is beautiful. It’s brand new, fully appointed, is safe and comfortable, especially the beds. there’s AC throughout the apartment, which was a bonus. The pool looked awesome, although we didn’t use it. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a fabulous week's stay with family and our little fluffy pup. Dimitra (the host) was super friendly, went above and beyond to recommend the best places, helped us book a boat and wine tour locally, always responsive, attentive, very polite and just amazingly hospitable. She even sourced some local wines for us on arrival on request, and we were met with a beautiful basket of local delicacies. We felt right at home. The property is modern and minimalistic, small but intimate and cute, with amazing sunset views and sits right above the best beach/bay on the island, a 2-min. walk away. The property and pool was cleaned every morning, the staff were super polite, you never felt intruded or interrupted. The only small downside I found was there were no en-suite bathrooms, which was not a major issue other than we were sharing with parents. Also don't trust the GPS here, it takes you via off-roads, ask for directions. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Dimitra! for a great week!

We hadden een geweldige week in de accommodatie met onze kinderen (16,13,10). Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. In de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime kamers, een zwembad met uitzicht op zee, meerdere zitjes en binnen ook genoeg ruimte. Aanrader om in de omgeving te doen is wandelen in de omgeving van de Potami watervallen en te eten bovenaan de steile trap. En als je echt een mooie zonsondergang wilt zien, dan moet je zeker gaan eten bij Orizontas (wel reserveren). Een boottocht naar Efeze is ook zeker de moeite waard. In de meivakantie kan het nog wel fris zijn, dus een vestje is aan te raden. Het huis is vrij centraal gelegen en je bent met een huurauto zo in de omliggende dorpjes. De foto’s kloppen met wat je ziet in het echt, misschien is het zelfs nog wel mooier!

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Das war die beste Erfahrung die wir bisher über Airbnb gemacht haben. Wir wurden sogar am Flughafen Samos persönlich von Hanna in Empfang genommen und auch während des Aufenthaltes in der schönen Villa mit einem fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer, wurden wir mit weiteren Informationen und Tipps für einen schönen Urlaub versorgt. Bei Ankunft hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren so nett und haben uns zum Start in den Urlaub sogar ein paar kulinarische Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gelassen und während des Urlaubs wurden wir sogar mit einem frisch gebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht. Wir wollten am Ende des Urlaubs mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen fahren - allerdings hat uns Hanna angeboten von ihrem Mann Mirko gefahren zu werden - einfach großartig dieser Service und der Gastfreundliche Umgang. Wir können die Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke

Nikos ve eşi ilgili, sıcakkanlı ve güleryüzlüydü. Kendimizi evimizdeki kadar huzurlu hissettik. Ev merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. ihtiyacımız olan her şeyin olduğu 2 kişilik hoş manzaralı güzel ve temiz bir evde konaklama şansımız oldu. çok teşekkür ederiz 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela's house. Great location at the small port, with a lovely roof terrace with great views of kokkari and the sea. The very nice owner, Angela, gave us a warm welcome. And, also important, the beds in the appartment are very good.

öncelikle ev sahibimiz çok iyiydi ve kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. ev denizle arasında yol olan çok güzel bir bahçe içerisinde yer alıyor. hem evin içerisinde hem de kendine ait olan bahçesinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey var. ev son derece temiz ve ferah. evin salonunda ve odalarında klima mevcut. deniz manzarası harika. Ev sahibimiz tarafından hazırlanan ikramlarla harika karşılandık. eve ulaşım konusunda her türlü destek ev sahibimiz tarafından verildi ve müsaitlik olduğu için giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladı. Çok güzel geçen bir tatil için ev sahibimize tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, ιδανικός για δύο άτομα, σε όμορφη και ήσυχη περιοχή με ιδιωτικότητα και επαφή με τη φύση. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και μπορεί να ικανοποιήσει κάθε ανάγκη. Ταιριάζει απόλυτα με τις φωτογραφίες και μάλιστα τις ξεπερνάει. Σε πολύ βολική περιοχή για να επισκεφτείτε όλες τις βόρειες παραλίες του νησού και με πολύ καλά εστιατόρια σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Το καλύτερο όλων όμως είναι η Τίνα και ο Ρόμπερτ που μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε και μέρος της όμορφης οικογένειάς τους. Από πολύ καλές οδηγίες και προτάσεις μέχρι κι ένα βράδυ παρέα που δεν θα το ξεχάσουμε ποτέ. Είναι πάνω από όλα ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΙ και ταιριάζουν στην ξεχωριστή ενέργεια του νησιού. Μετά χαράς θα επιστρέφαμε και στο ίδιο αλλά και στα υπόλοιπα καταλύματά τους.

We came to Ikaria to experience the lifestyles and habits of one of the Blue Zones. Stelio’s and his place were perfect. First Stelios. A true gentleman, great knowledge, helpful and very friendly. Second. His condo is perfectly located, right as you exit the ferry pier at the Evildos. Close to all restaurants, the condo had everything we needed,was spacious and very clean. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. Fascinating to sit on one of two porches and experience life on Ikaria. Would love to return. Authentic Ikarian experience!!!

Loved the spot, very quiet and yet minutes from everything one would need. The town is so lovely with several nice restaurants and a wonderful GeoPark to visit. Host was always available and responsive. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is unbeatable — right in front of the sea with breathtaking views you can enjoy from the balcony. The apartment is beautifully maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset was truly unforgettable. The host was friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside escape!
