Next to the kitchen, there is a really nice glassed-in patio. Two nice bedrooms with double beds. Large bathroom with shower and toilet. Small toilet with shower. TV room with nice TV sofa. Spend a few days or a longer period in this unique and family-friendly home. The house is located in the countryside 7 km from Söderköping with mixed buildings around. Nice swimming area 2 km from the property. Close to ST Anna's archipelago and a stone's throw from the Blue Coast. Stegeborg Castle Ruin nearby with a restaurant and harbor. Clean and fresh accommodation. Large garden 2500 sqm, fenced in which is partly secluded with a covered patio with barbecue grill. Here you can spend a lovely holiday.

En fri parkeringsplats på fastigheten. Flera fria gatuparkeringar precis vid huset. Totalt (7) bäddar fördelat på: 4st sovrum där uppe (2+1+1+1), 1st sovrum där nere (1-2) 140cm säng. 1st säng till på nedervåning (1), inte i eget rum. Med lite framförhållning går det att ordna med fler sovplatser.

Lovely light villa with large open spaces. As close to the edge of Bråviken as you can get, with a private jetty and a rowing boat. Scenic with walking paths into the knot and close proximity to Norrköping. 12-15 min drive to the city. If you choose the bus, you can first take a walk in 12 minutes. The beach with both sand and rocks is just outside the window. There is also a very nice golf course 5 min away by car, for those of you who have this interest.
