Discover the surroundings from the water with Askeladden boat, kayak, SUP. The main house is located high and the plot slopes sharply down towards the water, which gives the property's three small houses private locations with their own balconies towards the water. Even though there are neighbors on both sides, you are not disturbed by each other. The patios are large with many seating areas and a hot tub.

Rural farmhouse

Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful space. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. Towels and bed sheets are included. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. We'll take care of the cleaning. Please place used towels and bed linen in the laundry basket before you check out. You also take your garbage with you and wash your dishes.

Two newly renovated cottages located on a large hilly plot with many nice places. The large house is about 90 sqm with a nice view of Bråviken. In the guest house of about 30 sqm, you live comfortably but more compact. Available: Apple TV, internet, electric car charger. Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 people. Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. Close to a nice swimming area and about 2 km to a grocery store & bus stop. In Nävekvarn's port, there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

Enjoy this newly built elegant accommodation with water-based underfloor heating. 30 sqm + loft. Combined oven/microwave. Smart television With its own south-facing patio and barbecue (charcoal and lighter fluid not included). Located on our property. Close (walking distance) to nice nature, walking paths and nice beaches (see photos). Note: Bed linen is not included but can be provided at a cost of SEK 150/stay (Sheets for 160 bed/2 pillowcases/2 duvet covers). Towels are provided. Charging box for charging an electric car is available for a fee.
