great tranquil island with everything you need to wind down, enjoy nature and have fun (boat, fishing, badminton, hot tub, etc.) very special place!

We stayed here with three people. For more than a week. Initially we would stay shorter but because it is such a nice cottage and beautiful surroundings, we stayed longer. We really enjoyed the cottage and the veranda very much. Our son loved the rocking chair on the veranda. There are fun things to do in the area and Camilla has fun tips. The swimming lake within walking distance is also recommended as a visit to Stockholm by train. Camilla is very nice and thoughtful.

Anna and Mattias are really nice and helpful host. The communication with them was great.

In summary, this cottage is highly recommended for anyone who loves nature, peace, and relaxation! While the cottage is somewhat secluded, having a car was ideal. We loved visiting Kolmårdens Djurpark/Bamses Värld and the Dalmyra Gruva. In Arkösund, we enjoyed the Naturutställningen Livet under ytan. Arkösund, Söderköping, and Norrköping offer several cozy cafés and restaurants, with Norrköping also being a great place for shopping. Our favorite spot for lunch or coffee was Kanalmagasinet. The garden and surrounding forest provided us with wild strawberries (smultron), raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and even tomatoes. Our daughter loved the swing in the garden, and there was always a sunny spot to sit and relax. A nice small beach is within walking distance from the house. Communication with Anders was excellent—quick, clear, and friendly. We truly felt welcomed. Our dog was also well-catered for, with a fenced garden and nearby walking trails.

We were family of five in need of the comfortable simplicity, small adventures and complete peacefulness that Anna's cottage with lush surroundings offered. The cottage is a gem, everything fundamentally is available and if you need more, you take the motor boat into Arkösund and shop in the nice grocery store. With amenities catered for, you can relax and play, listen, read, knit, play guitar, jump trampoline, fight a little, swim, eat and sleep immensely. The days are long and time has as well its special time here. We enjoyed ourselves and hope we can come back to a nice brain release. Anna is hugely helpful. Responsive and witty with response when you're wondering about something. We all, 2 adult and 3 kids, recommend the oceanfront cottage with its own deck and boat, with deep missing.

Hospitable hosts who liberally shared everyday life and gave tips on different things. Sleep well all nights. Quiet and peaceful. Travelling with a dog was easy and straightforward in this home. Despite the heat (28 gr), it was cool when returning to the cabin. Would love to come back again.

Very cozy and perfect for families with children! Luxurious that both parts of the cottage had their own toilet with shower! The beds were nice and everything was fresh 😃

A fantastic accommodation and the location was incredible! We had a fantastic weekend with swimming in the sea, sauna and hot tub and some excursions! Oscar was a nice host and the house and surroundings suited us perfectly.

The house boasts breathtaking views, it’s clean and serene. Anette and Mats were incredibly warm and welcoming. We’d love to visit again when the weather gets a bit warmer! 😊

A pleasant older house, in a quiet location. Our family had a really good time. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and the kids enjoyed the outdoors on the trampoline. The children also had an experience when traveling to Kolmården, part of the trip by ferry.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria! Super fast communication, helpful and friendly :) The house was cozy and nice, peacefully surrounded by greenery and tranquility. We went with simplicity to Kolmården one of the days via the ferry, which was convenient. There is a rich wildlife in the area, which was absolutely magical to experience! We would be glad to come back!

Helena and Lars were most helpful. They greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. They were available for advice and assistance whenever we needed. Our visit gave us a real sense of quiet living in a Swedish countryside. Everything we needed was available in the cottage. Just an overall great experience.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Ann-Sofie's place. Their house and property are perfect for relaxing. The view of the Bråviken is fantastic! The covered terrace was an extra room for us in the rain and sun, which we used every day! In addition, you have the opportunity to bathe in front of the door. The house offers everything you need in terms of amenities. The internet is not very fast and the reception does not reach the guest house, which did not disturb us. It's definitely enough to stream movies in the main house in the evening if you want to. Ann-Sofie also equipped her house very child-friendly. There are many different games and stools so our 5 year old child could easily get to the sink in the bathroom. Ann-Sofie is a great host and quick to reach! We will definitely be back! Tack så mycket 🤗
