Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Normandy

We had a very good night at this charming village house close to the sea. Everything was as described and we were even able to meet Xavier at the nearby pool (covered and heated).

We spent a night in the hut, which went wonderfully! The setting is peaceful, the place exotic: a real cocooning break! Aurore and Karl are adorable and dynamic! We enjoyed visiting the animals, and will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises!

The gite is an amazing place to stay and has been stunningly designed. This was our second time visiting and we look forward to returning in the future. Jean Pierre and Chantal are great hosts and always on hand to help.

Totally wonderful stay, absolutely beautiful, tranquil surroundings gorgeous setting in a wonderful peaceful location. Idyllic petite cottage with lovely outside space, walks, cycling, and rambling a must. Only critique would be Wi-Fi which really is non existent but then again it’s not a deal breaker. La dolce vita en France 🇫🇷!

The location is perfect, very quiet in a great garden. Gaillon and the castle are just a few minutes' walk away and you can buy fresh vegetables directly from the farm. The hosts are super friendly and happy to provide information about the region.

This was the most beautiful Airbnb house I have ever rented – hands down. Dominique was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire stay felt like a pure vacation dream. The house is located in one of the most stunning regions I’ve ever seen – the landscape, the view, the garden, everything is just magical. The kitchen, the interior design, every little detail – it’s like stepping into another world. I’ve truly never seen anything this beautiful. As mentioned in the description, the pool was cold, but having a pool like this is such a gift – we used it every single day and loved it. Everything was simply perfect and dreamy. I can only recommend this place to everyone – and I’ll definitely come back!

An excellent stay in an exceptional setting. Located near the Houlgate Golf Course, this peaceful haven offers many activities on site (darts, foosball, table tennis, volleyball, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pinball, billiards, karaoke). The perfect place for an EVG or a multi-activity stay with friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the accommodation is very well equipped and close to Houlgate for walks on the beach!

Charlotte and Christophe are truly wonderful hosts — warm, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. Their home is a hidden paradise nestled in the hills of Picauville: peaceful, serene, with breathtaking views and a beautifully maintained property. We loved every moment of our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for welcoming us into your home — it was a joy to be there.

We were very well received when we arrived, well before check-in. There was everything necessary in the house (toilet paper, shower gel, hand wash, dishwashing liquid, etc.) we had anticipated to avoid buying on site but we were surprised to find everything on site. the house is very clean and the location is ideal (close to the casino, beaches and shopping streets)

We were allowed to spend 16 days with our 2 dogs in the beautiful house of Severine. It is well equipped and quietly located. Severine was a very nice and helpful hostess. She always brought us little things like cherries, a cake or pastries. The house is also well located to visit many attractions in the area. We and our 2 dogs felt very comfortable and were able to relax very well

Great place to stay for a relaxing weekend. The geode is located in the countryside, which allows you to have seen the fields from the bed. There's no noise at all. The furniture is comfortable and modern. The host is very welcoming and considerate. We had a great and refreshing weekend, just what we needed. Thanks!

Very comfortable place with everything thought of. Very peaceful and quiet. Comfortable bed but not suited to anyone 6ft and over as the bed has a footboard. Lovely deck off the bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee and the views.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay at Mathilde and David's, we were awakened by the birdsong, lulled to sleep by the sound of nature. The pool was at the top of a sweetness at the exit always well maintained by David. And a special mention to the breakfast offered by Mathilde, which makes us start the day twice as well. I recommend it 100% for a total disconnection with the beautiful garden as well as the accommodation. The view of the mountains from the bedroom via a great private terrace at the accommodation was a real plus to extend the days with summer temperatures.

Beautiful house with stunning views. Superb decoration. Extremely well-equipped house with all the comforts for a memorable stay. "The Sound of the Waves" is aptly named. A true haven of peace. Great hosting by Florence who will give you plenty of good advice (remember to follow her instructions for access to the house!). Excellent welcome for dogs which is a big plus for me. The hosts are super friendly and have made sure you feel completely at home. The facilities are super neat and very modern, you will not be short of anything. We enjoyed every minute of spending time in this beautiful place. A gem! We absolutely recommend this place.

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with everything you need. Sandra and Paul have spent a lot of attention on all the details. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine, and all the other basics that you need such as coffee, cooking oil, butter and bread. We definitely recommend it!
