Steph was a fantastic host! She provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the home and checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Her response time was almost immediate, which we really appreciated. The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and some wonderful locally made soap. The driveway was large, private, and far more spacious than we needed, which made parking a breeze. As for the location, it is right in the heart of the "downtown" core — just a 1-minute walk to Main Street and about 5 minutes to the beach. There is a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops all within a very short walk. We would happily stay here again next time we visit Port Dover!

Sarah’s place was the perfect weekend stay for my family of 5! Lots of Lego and toys for my kids to play with. Laundry machines and detergent were so useful, and everything was clean and stocked! The house was hot, but once we turned the available AC units and fans on it cooled down nicely and we slept great! She was very responsive and friendly with the few questions we had. A great stay for a family! Right near main street which makes it SUPER walkable to everything you could want to do in downtown Dover!! We would absolutely stay here again if it’s available the next time we come to Dover! Thanks Sarah!

We had a beautiful and peaceful weekend at Inna’s cottage home. This was our second stay here, and it was just as great as the first. The space is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. Inna is a kind, helpful and responsive host. We already can’t wait to come back!

Rented the place to attend family reunion. Appreciated the large house, and many bedrooms in the house. Perfect for what we needed. Lovely old house. Very unique and fun house to explore.

I stayed at Lance's Pink Door Cottage in a group of 14 plus our furry companions over NYE. Our cottage experience was fantastic! Highlights: - Well-stocked and large kitchen for cooking group meals. Having 2 kitchens also meant our friend who is GF could do her separate cooking worry-free. - 4x bathrooms and 2x showers! - Hot tub was pristine. - Lovely little touches and the host left us a gift to celebrate. - Lance was extremely responsive, friendly, and quick to answer any questions. - Multiple living spaces, with lots of seating. - Floors and separate cottage sections are really well sound-proofed, for those who wanted to crash early. Some notes: - Poor cell reception, but that was totally okay since we were looking to disconnect. - Not much is walkable, so be prepared to drive to any local amenities, or cozy up in the cottage for your stay! Overall, we had a great experience, and would absolutely recommend Lance's cottage to others, especially those with large groups!

We enjoyed a lot, lots of dried logs for campfire, BBQ, huge flat terrain to play any sport. House was very clean and the host (Sheldon) was very friendly and very welcoming. A good spot for a get away.

Amazing home close to attractions, ready for making lasting memories, rain or shine. Spacious backyard, safe firepit, lots of beautiful birds in the trees. We enjoyed the living room the most, boardgames and cards, great times in inclement weather. Hiking opportunities tons, close to enjoy zipline adventures or a nighttime walk at the sandy beach. Rosanne is a very friendly responsive host, excited to cheer you on for a wonderful stay. Spotless clean home, all linens towels provided, kitchen well equipped. I enjoyed having printed home rules in the house, easy to access information this way. Check in and check out convenient. Parking is available and is convenient too. Thank you for hosting our stay on a mixed weather condition long weekend! Not a moment of struggle. Good rests, peace, space, a home away from home.

The house was clean, and the pool was warm and nice. Perfect place for staying around the area. Highly recommend!

Stephen was very responsive and quick to help. The house & pool were very clean & perfect for our family size. Our family loves to eat & the 2 refrigerators accommodated all the food we have to store. Had a wonderful weekend experience. Stephen was fantastic and met all our expectations. Perfect place, Christian responded fast, and the place has a lot of things to do apart from the location itself. All rooms and stuffs were clean. If I have a chance to visit Port Rowan again, I’ll be willing to book this again.

Sydney's place was great and exactly as described. A beautiful cozy home that was a very comfortable place to stay while we were working on a project close by. It had a nice park and river view with a deck to relax on. It was in a very convenient location close to whatever you would need. Finally any communication with Sydney went great and smooth throughout, would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay here.

What a beautiful and private location! The cabin was fully stocked with essentials and clean. Comfy beds and cozy loft space. My 2 young kids enjoyed many hours in the great outdoor space, building many fires and biking around. Would highly recommend for a short or long stay!

The area was beautiful and central to all places we wanted to explore. Timothy was responsive and nice to deal with. My family and I had a great time and could easily relax in the cottage after a long day exploring! It was also a pet friendly place, which was so wonderful that we could bring our dog along too.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was impeccably styled with thoughtful details that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was absolutely perfect – everything in town was within walking distance, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The town itself is adorable, full of charm, and just perfect for the Christmasfest! It was the ideal spot for a festive getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Sandbox 2.0 looks like a cute little cottage from the street but inside it has a spacious living room/lounge area, large kitchen area with a dining table for 6, and everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals for everyone. A door at the back leads from the kitchen to a beautiful back deck with patio furniture and a BBQ, over looking a back yard equipped with bird feeders, and a fire pit surrounded by deck chairs. We enjoyed watching birds at the feeder and in the surrounding trees in the morning sun on the back deck and from the kitchen window. There's a queen bed in a beautiful newly-added master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a double bed in each of two smaller bedrooms adjacent to the living room/lounge area. Lots to do at the beach, Long Point Bird Observatory, and in the nearby conservation areas, and trails. In early May, it was relatively quiet with lots of room in parking areas. Watching the migrating birds was made easier with trees just starting to leaf out.
