Cozy and bright apartment close to nature and the sea. The apartment is located near the center of Vuosaari, just a 20-minute subway ride from the center of Helsinki. Shopping Center Columbus and Cultural Center Vuotalo are located in the center of Vuosaari just a few minutes walk away. There is a convenience store across the street. The terrace houses were designed by architect Touko Neronen and were completed between 1969 and 1971. The Museum of Architecture introduced the houses in an exhibition called Concrete dreams.

Beautiful studio by the sea

Beautiful one room apartment on the sea side. In the middle of unique nature, only 15 km from the center of Helsinki. You can use the private beach of the apartment house. Hotel near by (100m) is offering services, in extra fee, like restaurant and beach sauna (the hotel is currently under renovation, so the services may change). The best way to get to the apartment is by a car, but the metro is also a good option (2,5km). There is a buses in the day time to the metro station and to the city.

Fantastic host and amazing hospitality:) we feel very welcomed and looked after. It’d be helpful if the filters of the heating system can be cleaned more often as I have developed allergy to the trapped dust and small particles in the property:)

I cannot recommend Lana's apartment highly enough. The place was absolutely spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The onboarding process was seamless; the host provided timely and flexible communication, and the clear instructions made it easy to find the property. The location was ideal for us, as we needed a place close to our friends in the city. However, the surroundings were truly idyllic, with a beautiful reserved forest on one side and the most picturesque beach on the other. Additionally, the metro and various amenities, including restaurants and supermarkets, were just a few metres from the house, making everything very convenient. Our host, Lana, was responsible and reliable, which added to the overall positive experience. I will definitely be returning to this fantastic place on our next visit to Helsinki!

Aurinkolahti's apartment was an excellent base for walking trips to the nearby nature and day trips to Porvoo and Helsinki. Great seaside location! We got the keys from a friend of Moke and he showed us the apartment carefully. The apartment corresponded to the description, there was plenty of space for our group of friends, the beds were good and the basic equipment was in good condition. Not super clean and a little need for maintenance, but I would go again. The restaurant next to Villamo served a really nice lunch and good desserts in the evening. Please note that the metro will not run to Vuosaari in the summer of 2025. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay and you like the beach view, I recommend it.

Really nice apartment in a cozy area, which was easy to get to by public transport. Easy check-in and easy to leave - no massive to-do list when leaving, as in some places. The host communicated kindly and quickly. I highly recommend it!

Spacious 2bed near beach, great for couples/family

We had a wonderful 4 week stay in this home with my two young children. It just felt like home from the start. The apartment has a warm and welcoming feel, was clean and had all the amenities you could need. Sauna is a great plus of course! Great location, walking distance to metro, shops, cafes, the beach, Uutela outdoor recreation area and many playgrounds. Maria was a wonderful host, great communication. Would love to stay there again when we visit next time!
