The cottage is not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility, as there are big height differences and stairs. There is no mains supply or sewer in the cottage. There may be algae in the lake at some point in the summer, but you can get clean water from the borehole in the house

The seaside cottage is by the sea. The view is really nice as it looks at the sea all the way to the horizon. You can go for nice walks or swimming. Perhaps in the winter on a walk on the ice. Perfect spot if you have your fishing gear with you, or a canoe or SUP-board. The cottage works well for family, couples or just traveling alone. The place is also fine with small pets that do not shed. A sauna and reasonable amount of wood free of charge to warm up the sauna and smoker +fireplace outside.

From the front of the house, you can take a bus to Matinkylä metro station/Iso Omena in 13 minutes.
