Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The spacious apartment is in the immediate vicinity to Blankeneser Marktplatz (5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn) opposite Goßler Park. The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa on the ground floor and was renovated and modern furnished in 2019. The approx. 110 m² are divided into four rooms, hallway , kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. We have placed special emphasis on the facilities that invite you to linger and feel good

There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
