Nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Should the rain hog down, Namsos city center is about 3 miles from the property; here you get good shopping opportunities. Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

The cottage was completed in August 2021 and is state of the art furnished with everything you need. The views towards the world heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea are unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Penguin on Ytterøy

Our penguin is a movable igloo of 20 m2, with 360 degrees views to the sea and land. For most people, the location close to the sea will probably be the first wish. Trondheimsfjordens pearl is a good starting point for experiencing an environment with a lower pulse, history, hunting and fishing and outdoor activities, a battery charger in other words. We help with anything, transportation, catering, boat rental, etc. Please note that it can get hot indoors when the sun is on, even with aircon on.

There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
