Cozy apartment in the center of Trondheim. The apartment is located in the backyard of an older townhouse from 1878 in the heart of Ila. There is a separate entrance to the apartment. The landlord lives in his own part of the townhouse. The apartment consisted of a room that is combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door closet, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower enclosure, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most things but also good bus connections.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

Pause from everyday life? Experience beautiful sunsets and be up close! The cabin is located at the end of a dead end road, unobstructed location with panoramic views. Modern design. Just you and nature. A fantastic starting point for fishing, kayaking, sup and beach life. A rich wildlife, see the sea eagle that can soar slowly past. Large garden with lawn, large terraces. Modern and fully equipped cabin on the saga island Leka

The cottage was completed in August 2021 and is state of the art furnished with everything you need. The views towards the world heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea are unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Ta en turen til historiske Tautra, se unike fugler i fuglereservatet, eller nyt nattehimmelen med stjerner og nordlys fra vår utendørs jacuzzi. 60 minutters kjøring til Trondheim. 40 min. til Levanger og Stjørdal/Trondheim lufthavn. Vi har 4 soveplasser på vinteren og 6 fra mai-oktober. På sommeren kan to bo i naustet. Nært båtutleie (sommer). Ved pilgrimsleden!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Here there are opportunities for fishing from land, canoe/kayak, swimming or just quiet summer days. The house also has a small barbecue house that is provided. A unique space with a lot of soul.

Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
