Un séjour parfait ! Le logement était impeccable et très confortable. Les matelas étaient incroyablement ! Notre hôte a été très accueillante, sympa et toujours disponible. Dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, elle nous a aidés rapidement. Le cadre naturel est magnifique, idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Une adresse qu’on recommande les yeux fermés

Larissas garden is absolutely beautiful, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. My daughters and dog absolutely loved having so much space in the garden to run about. The barn is gorgeous, has all amenities and is with a couple of minutes walk from a great pub.

Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Les lits doubles (1m60) sont très confortables (ni trop durs ni trop mous). Lumineux. Orientation Est de la grande fenêtre d'entrée. Au bout du jardin, bel étang et petite rivière avec des vaches. Les 3 labradors adorables des propriétaires sont dans le même jardin que celui du gite. Jacuzzi sur la terrasse et sauna sur la mezzanine à l'intérieur (nous navons utilisé aucun des 2 en supplément). Pour 4 adultes et 1 enfant c'est bien. Si 6 adultes, le rez de chaussée est un peu petit. Merci, nous reviendrons :)

Aidan & Wendy were perfect hosts. We had an amazing relaxing time despite walking 18.2k along the stunning coastline! The barn was the perfect place to retreat to. Aidan was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived and it was a pleasure to stay with them. I have already recommended them to a friend 🙌🏻

Caroline ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie spricht perfekt englisch. -- Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und hat einen großen Garten, den man benutzen kann. Es singen dort viele Vögel. -- Von dort kann man schnell an die Küste, die Seine oder in den Forêt de Brotonne kommen. -- Für Vogelbeobachter interessant sind der ''Parc Naturel des Etangs de Pont Audemer'', der ''Forêt de Brotonne'' und das ''Réserve Naturelle de l'Estuaire de la Seine''.

Logement très bien équipé contient tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour au calme avec la verdure. Adeline est très sympa et accueillante. Nickel pour passer un long week-end avec la famille. Pas très loin en voiture y a Touquet, Merliment( balade dans les dunes, restaurant l’ambiance trop bon), Montreuil sur mer, plages à 10-15min en voiture. Je vous le recommande. Je pense qu’on période de printemps/été ça serait bcp mieux aussi.

excellent séjour chez Anne. le logement est superbe, très propre et au calme. nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner lorsque nous reviendrons en baie de somme. nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Lieu paradisiaque pour les enfants : terrain d'aventure, équipements de jardin, jeux, jouets, livres ... Accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes , échanges intéressants. Maison-ferme restaurée dans le style du nord en briques rouges d'une grande beauté. Beau jardin gigantesque qui permet à chacun d'être "chez soi". Région riche et magnifique. Hébergement à 10mn (voiture) de la baie de Somme.

We’ve just returned from a truly wonderful stay! The location is perfect for exploring nearby Whitstable and Canterbury. Our 2 year old son loved meeting and playing with the owners dogs, and saying hi to the nearby horses. We were even lucky enough to see some rabbits early in the morning. The barn is wonderfully clean, very spacious and has everything you need for your trip! Britt and Gavin are wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we had a very comfortable stay! We will definitely be back, as will my parents who were very impressed with all our photos! Thank you!

Would definitely recommend this to friends and are very likely to return. Enjoyed local pub The Coach a walk away for burgers and cocktails. Shopped in the local Algar Lodge Farm Shop. The place was easy to find, well maintained, and completely matched the photos. We loved the hot tub. Very peaceful getaway.

Space, ease and peace The property was more spacious than the pictures had led us to believe, so the surprise was very pleasant. The design is modern and airy. The exceptional communication skiĺls and sincere thoughtfulness of the owner added a lot of ease to our stay and made us feel even more comfortable and welcomed. Finally, the property is located in a very quiet area of the town with a nearby lake. This gave us a feel of relaxation and of a slowed down pace of life. Our family has enjoyed a very lovely time and the kids who had plenty of space to run inside and outside will probably have wonderful memories of this place. We will certainly return and with great pleasure! Thank you very much to Ludiwine and her family ;).

Nog fijner dan afgebeeld op de foto's! Zeer ruim, comfortabel huis met veel privacy. Op zowel de begane grond als op een hoog een fijne rustige slaapkamer met een ruime privé badkamer. Wij verbleven er met een bevriend stel en hadden volop privacy omdat ieder zijn eigen slaap- en badkamer op hun eigen verdieping had. De gezamenlijke verblijven zijn handig ingedeeld. Een heerlijk grote eetkeuken met houtkachel waar alles aanwezig is van wijnglazen tot pannen. Boven een ruime woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar een dakterras met prachtige uitzichten. Fijne, discrete hosts die bij aankomst een aardige attentie op de keukentafel had staan. De streek is eenvoudig en authentiek, geen toeristen. Toeristische trekpleisters als Amiens of het stand zijn een half uurtje rijden. Aanrader!

Lovely 1 night stay for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration! Gorgeous accommodation - spacious but with a cosy cottage feel for our games night and the hot tub was a fab addition! Lisa was super helpful and responsive to my messages when planning our stay and also while we were there too. We all felt very welcome and really enjoyed our ‘short but sweet’ time at the barn - thank you!

Superb for 6 adults and really good for two flexible extra adults who can climb the loft ladder to the two single beds in the family room. Alex was so easy to deal with and will accommodate requests if able to do so. The breakfast platter we organised was a great start to the day - delivered with fresh tea and coffee. We would not hesitate in returning - the area has ample walks, Beach and activities and local pubs to make a week vacation a pleasure

We had a fantastic time at Marks beautiful house. We loved the outside space and took advantage of the glorious weather. We were left some basic supplies which was a lovely thought. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Mark was quick to respond to anything we asked was a great weekend made extra special by our nephews wedding Deb

The whole family (all adults) really enjoyed the stay at Valley View Barn, which was a surprise for my Sisters Birthday. Jean & Graeme were informative & supportive hosts, even bringing us a camping stove when we had a power cut! Great Welcome pack, everywhere was spotlessly clean and so many homely touches, certainly home from home. The beds were super comfy & always plenty of hot water for showers etc. Outside shack was great for evening drinks & a place to relax & unwind ready for the next days adventures. We had a full itinerary visiting places we hadn't been for 50 years. Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Sandwich, Deal, Canterbury, Whitstable plus 2 National Trust Properties. The Barn was a brilliant base to make more memories we would definitely recommend & maybe return again one day. Thanks again, Jean & Graeme for letting us stay in your wonderful home. Merlin Bird app was great, identified 11 birds in 1st 10mins, amazing place. Loved watching the sheep & chickens

We spent an absolutely wonderful few days in Charlie's charming cottage. It was very well appointed with lots of little touches and extras to make our stay very comfortable, we were thrilled with the food hamper and all the condiments/cereals/bits and bobs in the kitchen to make cooking stress free. Location wise, it is close to good roads/transport links yet simultaneously feels right in the middle of the countryside, we enjoyed a number of beautiful walks in the local area and it was very convenient for the nearby Champneys. I would highly recommend staying here :) Thanks for having us!

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft in der Natur. Wer sich von den Fasanen wecken lassen möchte und Besuch von den Hühnern liebt, ist hier richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Auf Anfragen hat Louise sofort reagiert und sie und ihr Mann haben alles möglich gemacht uns schnellstmöglich zu helfen. Uns hat das doch sehr hellhörige und abgeschiedene nicht abgeschreckt! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Fijn huis met prima voorzieningen. Van hieruit mooi de omgeving te verkennen (wel met eigen vervoer). Behulpzame eigenaren in de buurt voor als het nodig is!

Es war sehr schön. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr gemütlich und hat viel Platz. Laurence war sehr gut zu erreichen und hat bei Fragen direkt helfen können. Wir können das Haus mit mehreren Familien sehr empfehlen!

Très belle maison, propre, calme, spacieuse. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. À recommander ! Attention cependant, le ménage est à faire à la fin du séjour.

Charming little air bnb in an amazing location. Under 5 mins from beautiful Margate beach, but on a quiet side street. The property is a cosy, little 2 bed house. Homely and uncluttered. Even has a little, covered courtyard style garden for chillin' (and drying wet swimming trunks). The hosts, Zack & Georgia, were friendly, super helpful and polite. They always replied very quickly and you got the feeling nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The house even has free parking adjacent to the property. Which is super helpful, as anyone travelling with young children knows you tend to pack half the house. We'd def stay in this little gem of a find again and would highly recommend. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 20 Personen – Kinder und Erwachsene – in dieser Unterkunft und hatten eine rundum großartige Zeit! Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für alle. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir von der tollen Ausstattung – alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Der Strand ist in nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was für Familien mit Kindern natürlich ein großes Plus ist. Auch sonst ist alles gut erreichbar und die Umgebung sehr angenehm. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – perfekt für größere Gruppen und Familien, die Komfort, Nähe zum Meer und ein schönes Ambiente schätzen.
