A perfect stay! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. The mattresses were incredibly! Our host was very welcoming, friendly and always available. Whenever we needed something, she helped us quickly. The natural setting is beautiful, ideal for relaxing and relaxing. A place we'd recommend without so much as a second thought

Larissas garden is absolutely beautiful, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. My daughters and dog absolutely loved having so much space in the garden to run about. The barn is gorgeous, has all amenities and is with a couple of minutes walk from a great pub.

We had a lovely stay for the weekend. Jocelyne was a great host, even though there was a language barrier, there was lots of hand gestures and Jocelyne’s translation on her phone. Very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We all fell in love with her 3 dogs. Lovely little pizza restaurant not far away and Intermarché 5 minute drive. The sauna was amazing, which is an extra €30 ph. Will definitely return again. Thank you for having us 😍

Aidan & Wendy were perfect hosts. We had an amazing relaxing time despite walking 18.2k along the stunning coastline! The barn was the perfect place to retreat to. Aidan was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived and it was a pleasure to stay with them. I have already recommended them to a friend 🙌🏻

Caroline is a friendly host. She speaks perfect English. -- The apartment is quiet and has a large garden that you can use. Many birds sing there. -- From there, you can quickly reach the coast, the Seine or the Forêt de Brotonne. -- The "Parc Naturel des Etangs de Pont Audemer", the "Forêt de Brotonne" and the "Réserve Naturelle de l'Estuaire de la Seine" are of interest to bird watchers.

Very well-equipped accommodation contains everything you need for a quiet stay with greenery. Adeline is very nice and welcoming. Nickel to spend a long weekend with the family. Not very far by car there is Touquet,Merliment ( walk in the dunes, restaurant the atmosphere too good), Montreuil sur mer, beaches 10-15min drive. I recommend it. I think spring/summer period would be bcp better too.

Paradise for children: adventure playground, garden equipment, games, toys, books... Warm welcome from our hosts, interesting exchanges. Restored farmhouse in the northern style in red bricks of great beauty. Beautiful gigantic garden that allows everyone to feel "at home". Rich and beautiful region. Accommodation 10 minutes (by car) from the Somme bay.

We’ve just returned from a truly wonderful stay! The location is perfect for exploring nearby Whitstable and Canterbury. Our 2 year old son loved meeting and playing with the owners dogs, and saying hi to the nearby horses. We were even lucky enough to see some rabbits early in the morning. The barn is wonderfully clean, very spacious and has everything you need for your trip! Britt and Gavin are wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we had a very comfortable stay! We will definitely be back, as will my parents who were very impressed with all our photos! Thank you!

Would definitely recommend this to friends and are very likely to return. Enjoyed local pub The Coach a walk away for burgers and cocktails. Shopped in the local Algar Lodge Farm Shop. The place was easy to find, well maintained, and completely matched the photos. We loved the hot tub. Very peaceful getaway.

Space, ease and peace The property was more spacious than the pictures had led us to believe, so the surprise was very pleasant. The design is modern and airy. The exceptional communication skiĺls and sincere thoughtfulness of the owner added a lot of ease to our stay and made us feel even more comfortable and welcomed. Finally, the property is located in a very quiet area of the town with a nearby lake. This gave us a feel of relaxation and of a slowed down pace of life. Our family has enjoyed a very lovely time and the kids who had plenty of space to run inside and outside will probably have wonderful memories of this place. Even nicer than shown in the photos! Very spacious, comfortable house with lots of privacy. On both the ground floor and on a high a nice quiet bedroom with a spacious private bathroom. We stayed there with a couple of friends and had plenty of privacy because everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom on their own floor. The shared stays are conveniently arranged. A wonderfully large dining kitchen with wood stove where everything from wine glasses to pans is present. Upstairs a spacious living room with French doors to a roof terrace with beautiful views. Nice, discreet hosts who had a nice attention on the kitchen table upon arrival. The region is simple and authentic, not tourists. Tourist attractions like Amiens or the booth are half an hour away. Recommended!

Lovely 1 night stay for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration! Gorgeous accommodation - spacious but with a cosy cottage feel for our games night and the hot tub was a fab addition! Lisa was super helpful and responsive to my messages when planning our stay and also while we were there too. We all felt very welcome and really enjoyed our ‘short but sweet’ time at the barn - thank you!

Superb for 6 adults and really good for two flexible extra adults who can climb the loft ladder to the two single beds in the family room. Alex was so easy to deal with and will accommodate requests if able to do so. The breakfast platter we organised was a great start to the day - delivered with fresh tea and coffee. We would not hesitate in returning - the area has ample walks, Beach and activities and local pubs to make a week vacation a pleasure

We had a fantastic time at Marks beautiful house. We loved the outside space and took advantage of the glorious weather. We were left some basic supplies which was a lovely thought. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Mark was quick to respond to anything we asked was a great weekend made extra special by our nephews wedding Deb

The whole family (all adults) really enjoyed the stay at Valley View Barn, which was a surprise for my Sisters Birthday. Jean & Graeme were informative & supportive hosts, even bringing us a camping stove when we had a power cut! Great Welcome pack, everywhere was spotlessly clean and so many homely touches, certainly home from home. The beds were super comfy & always plenty of hot water for showers etc. Outside shack was great for evening drinks & a place to relax & unwind ready for the next days adventures. We had a full itinerary visiting places we hadn't been for 50 years. Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Sandwich, Deal, Canterbury, Whitstable plus 2 National Trust Properties. The Barn was a brilliant base to make more memories we would definitely recommend & maybe return again one day. Thanks again, Jean & Graeme for letting us stay in your wonderful home. Merlin Bird app was great, identified 11 birds in 1st 10mins, amazing place. Loved watching the sheep & chickens

We spent an absolutely wonderful few days in Charlie's charming cottage. It was very well appointed with lots of little touches and extras to make our stay very comfortable, we were thrilled with the food hamper and all the condiments/cereals/bits and bobs in the kitchen to make cooking stress free. Location wise, it is close to good roads/transport links yet simultaneously feels right in the middle of the countryside, we enjoyed a number of beautiful walks in the local area and it was very convenient for the nearby Champneys. I would highly recommend staying here :) Thanks for having us!

Really great place to stay in nature. If you want to be awakened by the pheasants and love visiting the chickens, this is the place. We felt very comfortable. Everything is furnished with love, everything you need for a vacation. Louise responded immediately to inquiries and she and her husband made everything possible to help us as quickly as possible. The very clairaudient and secluded did not deter us! Thanks for a great stay!

It was very nice. The house is as described, very cozy and has plenty of space. Laurence was very easy to reach and was able to help directly with questions. We highly recommend the house with several families!

Very nice house, clean, quiet, spacious. The terrace is lovely. We had a pleasant stay. Recommended! Be careful, however, the cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay.

Charming little air bnb in an amazing location. Under 5 mins from beautiful Margate beach, but on a quiet side street. The property is a cosy, little 2 bed house. Homely and uncluttered. Even has a little, covered courtyard style garden for chillin' (and drying wet swimming trunks). The hosts, Zack & Georgia, were friendly, super helpful and polite. They always replied very quickly and you got the feeling nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The house even has free parking adjacent to the property. Which is super helpful, as anyone travelling with young children knows you tend to pack half the house. We'd def stay in this little gem of a find again and would highly recommend. We were with a group of 20 people – children and adults – in this accommodation and had a great time all around! The house is excellently equipped and offers enough space for everyone. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the great amenities - everything you need for a relaxing stay was available. The location is also ideal: the beach is just a two-minute walk away, which is of course a big plus for families with children. Everything else is also easily accessible and the surroundings are very pleasant. We can recommend this accommodation without reservation - perfect for larger groups and families who appreciate comfort, proximity to the sea and a nice ambience.
