Puddledock Lodge is a small cosy lodge,based on a small campsite near Canterbury. situated at the end of a private driveway, next to woodland, close by my own home. To the rear of the site in an old barn is our small classic vehicle restoration business that makes unusual vehicles to stay in like our horsebox lorry & waggon hut sited around the pond. The Lodge is the perfect escape with woodland walks though the wild camping area and countryside.It’s within easy reach of beaches & attractions.

The Kingfisher's Cabin

Nestled in the middle of nature on the edge of a large pond, our charming cabin on stilts offers you a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the nature that reigns around our little piece of heaven, located a few steps from the village of Horrues... Visit nearby Pairi Daiza Park (18 min), explore our beautiful countryside on foot or by bike, admire the castles of the surrounding villages. And, nature lovers, don't hesitate to scan the horizon, you could see beautiful birds!

Super cozy stilted luxury cabin with ‘hotsprings’ hot tub set in a garden dominated by Palms, Bamboos, Tree Ferns and other exotic planting creating a Jungle feel. Being hand built by the owner, this space really is a absolute one off. Everyone that visits, remarks that they ‘feel like there abroad’. A gorgeous kitchen sits adjacent to the lounge with 1 of 2 log burners. The bathroom has an extremely ‘high end’ feel to it. The lower level reveals an enormous hand crafted 4 poster bed.

Take a step back in this unique, soothing accommodation. Enjoy freedom and tranquility in the middle of nature. You will stay on a domain of 12.500 m2, where nature can still go unspoiled. There are several places created in the forest where you can fully enjoy the sun. At the forest edges you can enjoy unique views over the Stekense nature. This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

The Tree House for 4 people with private Jacuzzi

You will stay in a log cabin with its private Jacuzzi The price shown is for two people with breakfast for the first morning (an extra €15 per person per night will be charged for the 3rd and 4th person) Our animal friends are welcome for an extra €15 for the stay. You can enjoy additional services at the equestrian center a hundred meters from the accommodation, services described in the other information.

The Deer Cabin and its Sauna

At the end of a private trail, discover "La cabane du cerf". Entirely built by us, this beautiful wooden frame self-construction (with its sauna) invites you to relax. The deer cabin, comfortable and charmingly furnished, is isolated in a natural and quiet environment. The cottage is set back at the back of our property without any overlooking, perfect for enjoying its large terrace and garden.
