My family and I absolutely loved staying in TJ's pristine and quirky house. Everything was clean, comfortable and inviting. The beautiful beach is within walking distance and the greater Kommetjie area is worth exploring.

The house was great and very spacious for our group of eight people. Awesome view of the ocean and the mountains. We highly recommend the place and would highly consider staying here again.

This villa made our trip more enjoyable, everything was wonderful, the owner Mr wim was very helpful and also the maid Ms Julie was wonderful in everything. I highly recommend this villa for anyone. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Jan’s place was the perfect place for our family vacation.. Beautiful views, perfect layout with great design details. Check-in and Check-out was very convenient and we really appreciated them letting us stay until the late afternoon since a few of us had evening flights out of Cape Town. Overall would highly recommend Jan’s place! We hope to be back one day.

We enjoyed staying at this villa, it was clean and safe and the hosts were responsive, helpful, warm and friendly. Whilst it wasn’t in the centre (town) it was fairly close in our opinion and it was also closer to wine farms. Quiet neighbourhood, felt safe, close to a shopping centre. Cleaners came every few days also. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend!

The place is a work of art inside and outside. The view of Table mountain is breathtaking, both day and night. Tino is very kind, responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about the stay.

Lovely house and pool. Very relaxing with our whole family. Very friendly and warm welcome. Rapid response and resolution to the one small problem we had - a cold tap that didn’t work. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Ideally situated for exploring the Cape Peninsula. And close to good shops. Also ideal for entertaining our family and friends who live nearby.

We have had a wonderful holliday in Cape Town. The house is really nice (better than the pictures) and Alma has been a great host. The house is perfect situated in Camps Bay, which is the best place to stay when you visit Cape Town. Close to nice restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. We really recommend this house and the host Alma.

Wow. Absolutely amazing place. Stayed here for 3 nights with 5 adults and 5 children. Home is large, spacious and complete luxury. Would highly recommend if you are looking to visit Cape Town, but stay slightly outside the main city

Ricardo's place was amazing - it looked like the photos and met all our expectations. It's walkable to the beach, restuarants, coffee shops and grocery stores. It is also close to one of the setups on the 'Hop-on Hop-off' bus tour. The sunset views from the balcony are stunning. Judith keeps the house meticulously and is friendly and helpful. she was there to meet us when we checked in, and was willing to let us drop our bags off early. All in all we and our friends really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Thank you

This place is worth every penny!

One of the most stunning Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The views from the master bedroom and rooftop decks are incredible and the best place in Cape Town to watch the sunsets. The private pool area is beautiful, the master bedroom is a real delight and the bonus upstairs areas are fantastic. Communication was so responsive and helpful. Always felt safe and secure

We struggled to realize the location was actually in a secure complex setting. So we drove past the entrance a few times & also asked the guard where to go … but he did not know. So we drove around a bit before realizing the location was actually in the secure complex - Avignon. ( This may be on the information & it may be us that did not read properly !!) A wonderful stay … easy it book in & very comfortable & spacious. Great setting in Hout Bay & secure and also nice walks within the complex & play area for kids.

We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! the house was exactly as described and matched the pictures! The area you stay in is surrounded by mountain side and a beach which is very safe and easy to walk. there is also a few restaurants and bars 5 minutes along the road which was handy coming back after excursions and wanting to eat closer to home where the staff and locals were always very friendly and happy to recommend any excursions or areas to go! Sian was very quick to reply with any queries we had and have clear instructions for us arriving. Would highly recommend this house for groups of friends, still wanting to have their private space (as we all had our own rooms) and families with the surrounding area the way it is. We would definetly book to come back again when we return to Cape Town!!! loved every minute of staying there!!!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

We have stayed in countless Airbnb’s, across dozens of countries, on three continents, and this was our absolute favorite. The home was even better than the pictures, with a fantastic TV room, and the most comfortable beds. The location offered privacy and quiet, but accessible to both Cape Town and neighborhood dining and shopping. We always looked forward to returning to the space after days of adventure and exploring, and relished the days we stayed home and lounged by the pool, or by the outside fire pit in the evening. The hosts were a perfect combination of helpful and attentive, but in no way intrusive. We especially appreciated the weekly cleaning and refresh included in the price. If you are planning a stay in the Cape Town vicinity, don’t miss an opportunity to stay in this great location.
