Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nongsa

Dina’s place was amazing. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 adults 2 kids, and the driveway in the compound is large enough to park 2 cars. The amenities in the house were great, TV and Internet works well and the swimming pool was nice good size for the kids to enjoy. Overall a private, safe, quiet estate with security guards on duty. Dina is also very responsive and generous - we had a whole complimentary cake waiting for us! Overall great stay. Will recommend.

Very professional hosts with prompt reply. The house is quiet yet connected to many malls and eateries. Very comfortable and clean, house looks new. The baby chair and baby toys is a added bonus. Host provided disposable ear plugs, toothbrushes, towels. Will suggest to not open any windows as there might be mosquitoes. Overall a very nice stay, would return.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is superb—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely considerate and warm-hearted, thoughtfully providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, with great suggestions for local food (makan) spots and nearby recreational activities. The house itself is huge and perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed the wide range of facilities, including a basketball court, badminton court, ping pong table, and pool table. There were also plenty of board games, making it ideal for family bonding and group gatherings. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

Location of the apartment is very convenient, is at the heart of the city area. So you can find places to shop, eat etc. at a walking distance. Apartment is very clean, amenities is well prepared for the guest to use as well. But do bring your own hair dryer if you’re person who needs to style your hair / dry your hair fast. Cause the hair dryer power is kinda low. Additionally do make sure you turn on the water heater 30 minutes beforehand to heat up the water heater if you can’t stand cold shower !

This place has a beautiful view facing the sea with a big window at the master bedroom. Close and walkable to the Fanindo Sanctuary Garden (food centre) I arrived late and have issue, but the host settle it immediately.

This is our 3rd stay here and it was always comfortable for our family. Location is very close to Southkey mall and quite many food options just around the condo. Check in was easy and straightforward. Beds were comfy, sheets were clean. Toilets were clean and disposable toothbrush were provided. Decent size pool and gym for the condo facilities.

Nest Homes, had been attentive to my needs with last minute booking. Very responsive host and helpful. Replying and assist on check in matters and all goes very smooth… Thanks for hosting… please is huge for 2 bedroom and the BBQ area was so good to have a gathering.. too bad not used it. But will return and plan.. thanks.

It was an awesome stay here. Feel like home. We can see the swimming pool from both rooms. Checking in/out was a breeze. The host even provide us with a prayer mat. The place is close to food stalls and 24 hours convenience store. Highly recommend.

My family enjoyed staying there. The place is clean and have a nice scenery at a high floor. Host is friendly, responsive and gave clear instructions.

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

nice place! rare to find a place with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! apartment was clean. lost of 24h restaurants and mini mart downstairs. Just that carpark entry and exit abit hard to find. direction not very clear. we always got lost in the carpark finding the exit. but I love that the carpark lot allocated is near the lift! nice scenary too! Will definitely stay again!

Did a very very last minute booking at Nikki's place at Paragon suites, literally booked in the morning on check in day. Clear instructions were provided for check in, so it was quite smooth. The security guards are quite strict to check passport and QR code given by host, so security is good. I couldn't find the carpark lot & the guard guided us where to park. Card was right at mailbox so don't need to pick it up elsewhere. Apartment was very clean, spacious and tidy with essential items provided for our stay e.g. clean towels, bedsheet. Cleanliness is my top priority as I have 2 kids with me and I am super afraid of uninvited insects, so her place was clean and good. Place was near causeway so can hear traffic in the rooms, good and bad. The only gripe is the loose and hollow floor tiles which should be looked into. Had a good stay overall. Thanks!
