Great location and super friendly + helpful lady running front desk

This was the perfect place to stay for our week in Singapore. A few minutes walk from two MRT stations, spacious and comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Should we return to Singapore, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Only the furniture is old, washing machine keep pouring water 😅 overall it’s fine, location is good to go everywhere, owner is responsible

Staying in Heritage apartment made our stay in Singapore very interesting and memorable. The check-in instructions and directions made our arrival, stay and movements seamless and stressless. Yani, Mary and Shannen are indeed awesome hosts. Their communication was just superb and they were always ready to help at the shortest notice. We look forward to being in Singapore again and will love to stay in a Heritage apartment again.

The unit is spacious and it was just nice for my family of 8. The boys loved the pool table and the game room was ideal for us to have our card game. the fully equipped kitchen means the kids could have thier late night instant noodles and the fridge and other kitchen amenities was useful for our snacks. i loved the washer n dryer, super convenient and host even provided detergent for us. i only wished that the shower water pressure could be better. other than that, it was an awesome place!

The apartment offers all the amenities as advertised: great location that connects to both bus and MRT service within walking distance (Novena is convieniently close on foot). There one would also find all the shopping for one´s stay, including groceries, if needed. The apartment is serviced and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. The size of the bedroom is okay for three grown-ups, 2 AC´s are standard, so cool-down after a hot day in Singapore is a must. Kitchen is fully equipped, bath is clean as is the whole flat and the building. We had a really great time and can fully recommend this apartment!

Mei's place was exactly as described in the listing. Very beautiful, spacious, neat and clean. We had a wonderful stay, and really enjoyed the the room, as well as the society/ neighbourhood. The pool especially was great, very big and well maintained. A peaceful neighbourhood, with convenience stores and restaurents at walking distance. There is one store in the building itself. About the host - Mei was very responsive and helpful. Clear communication and friendly. We loved the place, and will recommend it highly to anyone visiting JB

Easy to check in. Shopping centre with good eateries just down the apartment. Swimming pool was big too. Overall good stay.

Marcus is a very friendly, responsive host! His place was perfect for our JB getaway, very nearby MidValley Mall. I'd stay here again in the future :)

This apartment is right next to the MRT train station. Going around all the key attractions in Si galore was a breeze. The location is close to the i2 mall and all kinds of shops. The place is very neat and quiet. I enjoyed by 7 days at Pauline’s place. Highly recommended.

A Wonderful 3D2N Stay in Batam! I had an amazing 3D2N stay in Batam, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The accommodation was perfect – extremely accessible with a nearby mall and the ferry center just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even extended a complimentary late check-out until 1pm, which was such a lovely touch. It really made my trip feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a visit to Batam. The location, convenience, and the wonderful service made it a truly memorable experience. Looking forward to coming back soon!

2nd time staying here. perfect as always. one of the better units with good pricing. fast response and hassle free check in once again from host. definitely my go to place to stay on my next visit
