This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

Location I sa bit far from city but instead private and peaceful. Everything are clean and well prepare for guests. Best choice to stay.

The host and his wife went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—greeting us personally, helping us unload our luggage (and kids!), and even surprising us with local desserts and bikes to use during our stay. What truly stood out was their kindness and attentiveness throughout the trip. When my son accidentally bumped into a wall and hit the water main, a neighboring technician was called and fixed the issue at no cost to us—something we were incredibly grateful for. The hosts didn’t just check in to make sure everything was okay—they gave us personalized recommendations for activities they thought we’d enjoy, which made our experience even more memorable. Honestly, the hospitality we received here was on another level. The host was the absolute best—we felt cared for, respected, and right at home. Highly recommend!

Excellent house . A short 20 minute drive from the centre . And 5 minutes away from the mountains. A great coffee shop at the end of the road serving croissants and cakes. Pizza & pasta options nearby if you want a break from Thai food . We used Grab which was straightforward. The kitchen is well equipped, comfy beds and a huge tv to watch. We loved the design of the pool as it wrapped around the house. The property is located in a gated development with security on site so you and your guests will be safe and secure .

My wife grew up in Chiangmai and we've travelled back to visit family and friends more than 25 years. We have stayed in guest houses, hotels, condos, and private homes. K. Askorn's house is the best! This trip we sought a peaceful / relaxing location outside the city center to really enjoy Thai living with family and friends. It is still close ( 15 min) for visits to town. K. Askorn's home was perfect! She is a terrific person/host! The home and amenities exceeded our expectations. Stocked with essentials, "move in ready," internet service very fast, 50 " TV, dining table for 6 people, full-size washing machine, covered outside drying area and for parking. Neighborhood is safe & friendly. Shopping close by. Transportation easy via GRAB, or BOLT. Good local restaurants with local prices for dine in or delivery via GRAB or MealsOnWheels. If you are considering living in Thailand for more than a short vacation don't miss the opportunity to stay in this home! It is a gem!

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

It was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. Communication with the host was very good.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

It really felt like home! We stayed 2 weeks and were sad to leave. It’s the perfect location to get lost in the old city. Thanks for having us :)

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

the place is tastefully decorated and clean，the unit is a corner room so there is a lot of daylight our stay is perfectly comfortable as the host provides all the needed amenities thank you Chatthorn

This apartment is a little far away from the city center, but there is market just in front of it. There are also restaurants and seven eleven, lotus's etc. around. So you can have a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the center but still be in the city. Thomas and Aunya are wonderful hosts! The Songkran I enjoyed with them was unforgettable!! The apartment caretaker Fon is very attentive and helpful. The place was clean and just as shown in the photos on Airbnb.

A very nice stay, the room is very clean, the location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and it is also very close to Nimman One and the mall.Next time I want to stay here, recommend it to everyone!

Noey is a very responsive host. Although there's a small problem on the first night of stay, she helped and solve the problem right away. The location is perfect and many good cafes around the corner. I love the neighborhood.

Everything was perfect! A gorgeous view of the mountains which the sun set behind in the evening, and very secluded area meaning very peaceful and quiet. The location is absolutely adorable with coffee shops, markets, and shops. Lin is super friendly and communicative and she had great recommendations for chiang mai and instructions on check in and how to use the facilities in the apartment. I also cant believe the kindness that we got when we opened the refrigerator to a number of free waters, fizzy drinks, coffee pods for a coffee machine, tea, and snacks! We really wanted to stay longer but someone booked the room so we moved to another of Lin’s and are currently there now. Will review there at the end of our stay ☺️ overall great place to stay, highly recommend, we felt at home 🥰

Great condo, booking again next year

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.

The apartment at the Astra Condo was so great. We felt so incredibly comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was modern, very clean and fully equipped. The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.
