Separate WC and shower room. Access to home gym and large balcony. At the golf course there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a paddle course. About 15 minutes drive to central Sundsvall. There is another apartment next door, which may be suitable if you are a larger company that wants to live close to each other.

Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage.
