Very pleasant stay in this quiet, simple, functional and charming accommodation. Everything we look for in the island of yeu! we recommend

perfectly located: beach access, quiet alley, close to the port and small shops, bike lanes cycling. For two families with 5 children aged 3 to 8, it was very suitable. The weather allowed us to enjoy the terrace for meals and the garden. For people who are sensitive to light for sleep, it is necessary to provide a mask because the day passes through the shutters. Windows don't have curtains.

Very nice rental, well-equipped and very spacious for 6. Excellent bedding (we slept very well) and nice decoration. We will gladly return and recommend this accommodation very close to the beach.

We had a great time with the family at Adeline's place. Martine's hosting was very warm. Adeline and Martine informed us very well about the destination with recommendations of shops, restaurants, etc. The house is ideal for the whole family including the little ones: walled garden, bright house with beautiful volumes, spacious rooms. We recommend without a second thought. Thank you!

Very nice house, well-located, close to the port and the beach. Very close to a fairly busy road without it really bothering. Poor quality 5G network, if you need to work remotely! It was missing some useful amenities that we regretted (hair dryer, dryer, internet box, sheets...) but we were warned! Super nice pool with young children, bright and very nice house. We'll be happy to go back!

Everything was great! Accommodation in a good location, well-equipped and comfortable. Very good communication with the hosts. Very good starting point to discover the island by bike. Enjoyed our stay with our 2 children.

Had a great visit! The accommodation was as described, clean, comfortable and very pleasant to live in. A big thank you to the host for his kindness and flexibility: she allowed me to stay a little longer on the day of departure, which I really appreciated. An attention that makes all the difference. An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

Very well located accommodation, nice shops in the upper town, great organic and biodynamic wine shop right next door, beautiful city and environment, helpful and welcoming population, perfect welcome with cafes etc, we will come back

Spacious and beautiful apartment, close to the beach. We had expected a little more from the town but had a wonderful holiday. There is also plenty to do in the area.

Really cozy place, nice for a romantic weekend, good location, the only thing I would say which is my fault as it is marked clearly, I with that the check in time was a little earlier but that’s my fault I didn’t read this but very nice place.

The house is faithful to the description, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and a dozen from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the description of the listing but I think that given the price of the rental it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there is no basic grocery store (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) nor basic hygiene (PQ, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

Beautiful house close to Port Joinville but far enough away to be really quiet. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The equipment is complete. Our entire group of 9 adults had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!

Weekend more than great. the accommodation is perfect, lots of space both in the kitchen, the living room, the bedrooms and the outdoor space is very appreciable and not overlooked. the big plus is the very convenient laundry room with the second fridge. I highly recommend this accommodation and Laëtitia is a perfect host. i can't wait to get back to that

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

Thank you for this place: large, peaceful and very pleasant! we had 1 very nice stay with the family thanks to the spacious house and especially the pool that we were able to enjoy. Only small accuracy for the next guests: there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor but the bathroom is not accessible for 1 person in a wheelchair. we exchanged them with Corinne who took note. we did not understand each other when booking. apart from this small point that didn't taint our stay, everything went well!
