Extremely unique (and photogenic) house with a very interesting history. It’s a great place to get away and enjoy the beautiful nature of northwest Arkansas.

This home provided exactly what we wanted. We have been trying to get a girls get away for a couple years where we could just relax, unwind, get away and catch up after living so far apart for so many years. The 3 of us have been best friends for over 50 years. The weather didn't allow us to be outside as much as we wanted but we took advantage of every chance we had between the storms. The house was very comfortable and cozy and we absolutely loved it. We didn't plan any activiites with this trip so nothing I can recommend there from this stay, however I do know the Grove area well and there are plenty of lake things to do and they do have some good restaurants. It was nice having the Dollar General store just minutes away for the last minute things we forgot to pack. The owners were wonderful to check on us and made sure we were getting the storm warnings and thre was nothing we needed. They always responded quickly with questions during booking and during our stay.

First off, the place is amazing! It’s in a great location, super peaceful and secluded, but easy to find. There’s tons of beautiful greenery, and we even saw a couple of friendly deer that stayed for a while, keeping a safe distance. The house is beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and has everything we needed. But the best part was how Rashelle made us feel at home. We’ve stayed at a lot of AirB&Bs in different countries, and she’s definitely the best host we’ve ever dealt with. She was super communicative and gave us great recommendations. She made our stay truly special. Thanks a million, Rashelle!

We had a great impromptu MDW at Brandon’s! The only downside is we had hoped to use the firepit, but it was cracked and broken in the middle. The house itself is nice, clean, and worked well for our group!

Great home for our family. Golf and beach were amazing! Nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful views! Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hope Cottage! The home was immaculate and cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to town and in close proximity to multiple running/biking trails. Would definitely stay again!

Good place, good area, wasn’t at the house itself a whole lot but the time we were there it was very comforting and relaxing.

The check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located, within walking distance of all main attractions and restaurants. Check-out was equally straightforward, making the entire stay hassle-free. I would gladly stay again next time I visit Bentonville.

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained and serene apartment. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully designed for comfort—from the spotless, well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious rainfall shower and ultra-comfy bed. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and inviting throughout my stay. Although I didn’t use it on this trip, easy access to the garage to park bikes is a great feature. The location is excellent—situated near the edge of the downtown area, just a short walk or bike ride from fantastic restaurants and local spots, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Kathryn was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and with great recommendations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and she made sure I had everything I needed for an enjoyable visit. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Mark’s place was very neat, clean, and well equipped with all modern facilities. It was a very comfortable stay and I will recommend it to anyone who comes across.

Pink Door BnB is great! We never had any issues. They were very courteous and checked on us upon arrival to make sure we did not need anything extra. We had one request and it was to extend our stay if available. They responded quickly and were very helpful with extending our stay. Great place to stay communication is excellent. Had one issue it was taken care of within a couple hours. It was not a big deal. Things happen. No problems whatsoever absolutely great place to stay beautiful surroundings. Everything that you could possibly need. I will definitely stay there again I travel to that area of the state three or four times a month for business and I will definitely give her my business again. Totally appreciate the great communicationand handling everything for me. I will be back. Thank you.

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

It was a perfect little getaway with an absolutely beautiful view of the lake!

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

The B Side of Bike in, Bike out was excellent for my family's visit to Bentonville for a music festival at The Momentary. My wife and I, our adult daughter, and our two dogs found it a perfect fit. Everything is in excellent condition and nicely appointed, giving the appearance of new or newly decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the showers were good, and the TV and WiFi worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some, with all of the appliances and furnishings a notch or two above what I expect in a rental home. Access to the garage was a nice extra. We would love to come back next time we are in Bentonville.

It was a cute and cozy place. Decorated as the pictures show. I will definitely stay there again. Janet
