Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nob Hill, San Francisco

First, we must note that this is probably the cleanest AirBNB we have ever seen in our life! This is a great spot in Noe Valley that is quiet enough and not far from restaurants or other nearby amenities. We opted for short drives to some of the parks closer to the coast but this was a great central spot to rest and relax. This was also a comfortable spot for our pet. The dog park is about two blocks for bathroom breaks (for non city doggies) but not a nuisance for early morning or evening bathroom breaks.

Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie beschrieben. Es ist ein sehr charmantes altes Haus mitten in San Francisco. Die Straße ist tatsächlich sehr steil und parken kann etwas schwierig sein. Wir haben das Auto nach Ankunft abgestellt und die Stadt zu Fuß erkundet (bzw. längere Strecken per Uber zurückgelegt). Die Kommunikation mit Keith war super einfach und freundlich. Die Wohnung hat viele Treppen und zieht sich über 3 Etagen, das macht aber auch den Charme aus. Für ein paar Tage in San Francisco ist es eine sehr zu empfehlende optimale Unterkunft.

I appreciated that the space didn’t feel cheap/just trying to make money (felt like there was intent behind the furniture and design/ambiance). Very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful (except you do hear upstairs neighbors occasionally because of the thin floors). Felt very safe and easily accessible to other areas, stores, anything needed, as well as a great park. Hosts were very friendly when we met and I have no doubt in their responsiveness to address any issues (although there were none!) Great spot, I would definitely book again. Thanks again for a wonderful space!

I am so grateful for my stay in Dylan And Alex's place! It was clean, safe, quiet, easy to check in, and easy to check out. I was able to walk everywhere - grocery, restaurants, and all types of stores within walking distance. Dylan and Alex are so friendly and proactive to be helpful. We had a wonderful stay! Toni and Philip were so kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect for my spouse, myself, and 17 month old. There are great restaurants within walking distances and perfect access to different sites around SF. We stay at a lot of AirBnb’s and this was a great experience. We hope to return. Over the past few years I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Renzo’s place truly stands out. It’s a perfect, top-tier experience from start to finish. The stylish interiors, modern appliances, and thoughtful design reflect a beautifully renovated space. What really impressed me, though, was Renzo’s hospitality: the little touches and personalized care made me feel genuinely welcomed. We enjoyed Heather’s bnb so very much, we plan on staying there every time we come to the Bay Area. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, well provisioned kitchen, lovely and lush green patio. It may be that we stayed on a special holiday, Thanksgiving, but Heather made us a plate of fantastic chocolate chip cookies! Who could ask for more? Thank you, we loved it!

Maria's put a lot of thought into her guests experience, from heated toilet seats, labels, room keys, scent machines, rugs, living room space, coffee, kitchen, and decor. The place is comfortable and inviting! She always responded quickly to me and I didn't have any issues.

I love staying at Kepa’s place. It was clean easy to communicate with Kepa. The neighborhood is amazing and it was just what we needed for the week that we stayed very cozy and Kepa was a great host.

Great place to visit for a few days in SF. Extremely clean and hosts made me feel right at home, even with a little sign welcoming me into their Airbnb. Room was right across from the kitchen, had great Wi-Fi, and a small mini fridge. Had a small issue with the smart lock not working when I first checked in, but Geoffrey responded instantly and helped troubleshoot to let me in - very responsive and was happy to answer questions I had! :)

We loved our stay at Sara’s place. It was pretty, clean, easy to find and located in a really neat area with lots to explore on foot. Just what I was looking for, and I definitely hope to return this year to explore some more. I highly recommend her place …

Jimmy was an excellent host and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was clean and exactly as pictured, the bathroom was clean as well. The stay was quiet and pleasant. I would stay at Jimmy's place again.

I don’t even think there are words to describe just how peaceful and romantic this place is. We arrived after driving over 3 hrs from Carmel (where we stayed first) and within 15 minutes we were in the hot tub. The bed was super comfortable as well. But the best part of the stay was just going outside and seeing all the beautiful trees and all the areas to sit and enjoy just being there. I never imagined I could stay somewhere like here lol and to do it on my honeymoon was just perfect. We had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast in the kitchen and also to grill some steaks outside. I had one tiny question the whole time and the host replied immediately. I would definitely heed the warnings if you aren’t from the area or used to driving mountain roads to arrive during daylight. The single lane road there can be a bit difficult the first time getting there. But way worth it! Mill Valley is a beautiful town but you’ll really have no reason to leave once you get here lol

We had a great stay at Leticia’s place. The apartment was exactly as described, comfy bed, great shower, quiet and very walkable neighborhood. Leticia was so responsive to any questions we had and offered lots of suggestions. Definitely recommend her place and would stay here again. We were not bothered by sounds from upstairs at all, Lupe, the pup is so friendly and sweet!

The home was beautiful, clean, and relaxing to stay in! We also enjoyed the central location of the Mission, which had lots of fun things to do nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to San Francisco, this is why we came back for our 2nd stay at this apartment. The apartment was a real gem - peaceful, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. Absolutely loved the beautiful views, both from outside and inside the unit. It was the perfect setting to unwind after a long day of sight seeing! The apartment was spacious and thoughtfully furnished, with everything we needed readily available. Logan and Steph were outstanding hosts - friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their communication was excellent, and they really made us feel welcome. A big thank you to both Logan and Steph for such a memorable and comfortable stay. We will be booking to stay with you for a 3rd time in the future for sure!

Ben's place was absolutely perfect. It was clean and all his art and decor is beautiful. Ben put out snacks on our arrival which was so lovely after a long travel day. As a former Mission resident I can attest the location is amazing you're close to everything in the Castro and the Mission. The bed and living area were perfectly comfy and Ben's work setup was great to work from while looking out on the neighborhood surrounded by plants. Was also delightful to be able to cook in a well equipped kitchen during our stay. Truly a home away from home, will definitely stay here again next time were in SF.

Clean, modern, well stocked with extra towels and blankets and very thoughtful, functional, well maintained furniture. It is a Victorian railroad apartment on first floor with spacious bedroom, smaller living dining area and large kitchen. The bed is on the firmer side and wifi speed of 117Mbps. Heating and cooling worked great. Location was stellar, very convenient to both offices in SOMA and breakfast at Tartine Manufactory. Really enjoyed my stay here and hope to be back the next time I'm in San Francisco.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Really wonderful experience all around. Our hosts were so kind, proactive, and gracious; and the apartment was perfectly clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had absolutely zero issues with noise or privacy, and were always able to find street parking relatively nearby. We also really appreciated the host's recommendations about restaurants and local things to do. We were traveling with our 8 month old, and the hosts were able to provide us with a travel crib and high chair. Would absolutely stay again!
