House holiday rentals in Njivice

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Place is nice and clean, it is close to the beach and is a great place to take beautiful walls to Njivice Center. It was a bit small place for us, with a baby, but a terrace saved us :).

Great location, can walk to everything. We had three couples and plenty of space. I would definitely recommend.

Željka was a wonderful host and the accommodation was exactly as pictured and described. Every detail was looked after, and pristinely clean. To list things off: The beds were very comfy, heating and cooling was easy to use, kitchen had all the necessities, two bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved enjoying a morning coffee on of the many balconies with relaxing, quiet, private, views, except for the sound of the kindergarten across the street. The small new grocery store has everything you’d need. Željka also recommended a local spot called Konoba pod prevolt, run by the nicest lady called Katica. Highly recommend this place.

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

A wonderful place to relax with family or friends. The house is unique and furnished with great attention to detail. It is extremely clean and the two kitchens (indoor and outdoor) are equipped with all amenities! The garden is beautiful and well maintained and the outdoor kitchen incl. stone oven and very large dining area invites you to a cozy get-together. From the pool, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings, mountains, plants and the sea. We felt very comfortable! :)

Our stay at this place was wonderful. I had five adults, one child and one toddler stay there The communication with the hostess has been very easy and absolutely satisfactory. We were very surprised when we arrived, as the place was even better than you could expect from the photos. Located in a quiet residential area with very nice neighbors. You can reach the beach, the promenade and various restaurants and smaller shops in 5-10 minutes. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a summer vacation. Most of the time in the accommodation we spent by the large pool (with loungers and outdoor shower) and on the spacious terrace. The kitchen, bathrooms and three sleeping rooms were very well equipped. Our hosts were always available and very friendly. All in all a very successful holiday in Njivice.

Karlo's house matches the description provided, it's a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor space is well equipped, great for relaxing after a day at sea. The porch offers the possibility of alfresco dining in comfort even with the possibility of a large barbecue. The interiors are well arranged and upstairs there is the must-have (in summer) air conditioning. Tomislav and Dominique, who welcomed us, were very welcoming and helpful.

Hello Renato, Mira and Martina, Your villa is truly a rare find. Both the interior and exterior are lovingly equipped with many details. We lacked nothing. We spent 8 wonderful days with you and enjoyed every day in the seclusion of Poljane. Wonderful beaches are a maximum of 25 minutes away. Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

We had Villa Jelena at the end of May 2025 and did not regret the booking. In short: Sabina is a dream of hostess, a very nice person and we quickly took her to heart because she was always approachable and helpful - without being intrusive. The place itself was picobello clean, nothing was missing and we immediately felt comfortable and "at home". The garden property with many olive trees, the diverse seating/resting areas and the wonderful pool ensures the perfect holiday feeling. Thank you Sabina, we will be back.

At first Tommy’s place was a bit difficult to find as we couldn’t see any street names. Once we found it, Tommy was there to welcome us to his fabulous house, pool and garden. There’s a decent size pool, badminton, some sort of football, cherry trees, wild strawberries, an outdoor wood burning oven and very nice parking for two vehicles. Tommy is a great story teller, loves his football and will be happy to cook a meal for a fee. HRELJIN is a great location between Crikvenica and Rijeka. Thank you Tommy.

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!
