House holiday rentals in Nivillac

We invited a couple of friends to spend a weekend in the countryside and we also brought our children (6 months and 2 years) there. The hosts are very kind, attentive and available. We needed two umbrella beds and without a problem we were able to sleep our children there the same evening (by the way they had an impeccable night!). The place is amazing and so peaceful. We'll be happy to go back and stay longer this time. Thanks again to both of you for this moment and see you soon!

A great stay at Philippe's! The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped . Philippe is a responsive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is quiet while being close to amenities. I would highly recommend it!

What can I say! Stephanie & Phillipes lodge is just perfect, well situated just 2 mins walk from the town centre and great restaurants. The lodge is very clean and has everything you would want. The pool is fabulous and cleaned and prepared every day by Phillipe. Stephanie and Phillipe are the perfect hosts, very responsive and very friendly. We cannot get over how much we enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend this place enough. It is perfect

A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place of residence that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions to discover the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

Very good stay with friends. The house is very clean and everything is thought out so that it is pleasant for about fifteen people. There's nothing missing! The indoor pool is a real plus, especially for children!

Very good stay in the countryside of Peillac. Tranquility, greenery, river, birdsong, space. A long sunny weekend. Alain received us very kindly. Cottage with large living room very well maintained and rooms with sought-after decoration. Land with space.

La Haye Eder is a lovingly restored estate in a charming countryside location. Our accommodation was very well appointed and made us feel quite at home. The children play area was a great add-on for our children. We loved strolling through the grounds. A place we'd happily come back to.

If I could give 6 Stars I would. We had a wonderful, relaxing week at alexines Place. It is so cute and calm, her dog is lovely and we would definetly come again. Nothing Bad to say. Thank you Alexine.

What a beautiful environment. We spent a week in peace in Jean-Claude's cottage, with the moorhens and the regular and always expected visit of deer in the early morning. The beaches and the coast are really close by, it's a great place to discover the small sheltered and quiet coves of the surroundings. We'd love to come back. Thanks to Régina for hosting us and for her kindness.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - in fact we were sorry to leave! It was so quiet and great to park the car next to it. It has everything you need and the decor was lovely. Very convenient for some great beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended for a great stay!

Very good stay in a really nice setting where we were able to fully enjoy 🙂 We were looking for accessible accommodation for a person in a wheelchair, and this was the case. Just need help getting out and into the accommodation. Aurélie and Thibault are friendly and responsive hosts We recommend this place 😉

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

What more can we say than what we have already told them, A beautiful cottage, full of charm in a tastefully renovated building, very well decorated and maintained, very clean and very welcoming. Every little detail of comfort is appreciated, such as the household products available, the small pharmacy that helped us out with an unexpected little boo-boo, or the salted butter caramel that awaited us on arrival. Very kind, welcoming and available hosts, accommodating, easy and pleasant contact, all while smiling. A cozy, calm and relaxing exterior. Without a doubt, we greatly appreciated this place and keep this address in mind, for ourselves or for our loved ones. All for a very fair price. Thanks again and who knows, see you next time! Very responsive host. Catherine who welcomed us is very friendly and gave us good advice. We had a great time in Adele's little house.

It was a fantastic stay. The hosts were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us by fixing up two bikes for us to ride during our stay. The outdoor area was very spacious and relaxing to hangout in. We decided that we wanted to grill during our stay and the hosts went above and beyond to show us how to utilize the grill. The hosts were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy the French countryside!

Perfect stay at Erwan's, everything was very good. Quiet accommodation in a stone house that stays cool, ideal in hot weather. Erwan was very responsive and attentive during our stay. We will come back without hesitation

Quiet and peaceful in nature with the possibility to make some beautiful hikes directly on site, e.g. an hour to walk to the next town and go there to eat pizza or to drive to different places by the sea to swim, hike or see sights. A beautiful place and good starting point for tours. Very nice hosts!

I only have positive points to say... Martine is very pleasant, discreet, but available according to her work (always reachable by phone) accommodation and welcome in accordance with the description. Access to shops in less than 7 minutes (bakery, florist, press, supermarkets) and this without any nuisance to the nearby environment. Date is already planned on my side for a future stay without hesitation. Thank you Martine and see you soon for a new stay.

The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

An incredible charming house, nestled in a beautifully maintained setting. The decoration is very tasteful, you immediately feel good there. It's the perfect place to disconnect and fully enjoy. A huge thank you to Claude and her husband, who were very attentive and gave us a warm welcome.
