House holiday rentals in Nisiros

Ich war etwas länger als 1 Woche auf Kos bei Giorgos. Es war in einem Wort: perfekt. Vom ersten Moment an, habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Giorgios hat mir sehr dabei geholfen die Unterkunft zu kommen (vor allen zu dieser Uhrzeit). Es war einfach alles vorhanden was man brauch für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und aus dem Pool sind einzigartig schön. Auch wenn ich Mitte Oktober hier war, konnte man noch in den Pool gehen, auch wenn man merkte, wie er fast täglich etwas kälter wurde. Aber es ist Mitte Oktober, das ist zu erwarten. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit mit vielen schönen Eindrücken.

Wir waren im April 2025 für eine Woche in Kos. Diese Suite war mit Abstand unsere beste Airbnb Erfahrung, die wir bisher hatten. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Suite bietet viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Der Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse mit dem Pool ist atemberaubend. Buchende können 1:1 das erwarten, was im Inserat steht. Als wäre die Suite an sich nicht genug, war Betreuung der Gastgeber 5 Sterne! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch auf Nachrichten wurde immer schnell reagiert. Wir waren extrem zufrieden und könen diese Suite auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schitterende Villa met een geweldig uitzicht over de zee! Zwembad was heerlijk! Inventaris op en top en kwamen niks te kort. Op het begin hadden we enkel defect die snel waren verholpen met goede communicatie via Lisa. We zouden zo weer graag hier terug komen. In dorp beneden vele goede en goedkopere restaurants met als toetje elke avond zonsondergang pal voor je neus. Bedankt voor jullie verblijf, Björn en Lisa. Groetjes Ingmar, Tamara, luke en Sem

8 kişilik bir aile olarak gittik, 1 hafta boyunca kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Burak Bey sorularımıza anında cevap vererek bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ev hakkında; ev gayet güzel, ve bakımlı. Her odada kliması mevcut, odalar temiz ve bakımlı, bahçe ve havuzda aynı şekilde temiz ve bakımlı. Palamutbüküne 5-10 dakika arabayla aynı şekilde civarda marketler mevcut. Genel olarak harika bir tatil oldu, kesinlikle herkese öneririm!

Konumu, olanakları , doğa manzarası ve yürüyüş yerleri müthişti. Ali abi bize daha önce deneyimlemediğiz şekilde profesyonel ve aynı zamanda kendimizi ailenin bir parçası gibi hissedebileceğimiz şekilde misafir etti. Eşimle beraber çok mutlu, huzurlu ve sakin bir konaklama geçirdik. Değirmenbükü ve etrafındaki diğer koyları görmek/yüzmek , antik kent kalıntılarını gezmek , vadideki taşevlerinde konaklamayı deneyimlemek , çiftlik hayatı hakkında bilgi edinmek ve Ali abi ve ailesiyle sohbet etmek/tanımak isterseniz kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bu arada bölge kalabalık değil ve koylara gelen insan sayısı az.Bu bizim içinde artı bir güzellik oldu.Son olarak akşam yemeklerini de kesinlikle burada yemenizi tavsiye ederim, yemekler çok lezzetli ve doyurucuydu 🍀 Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. İyi ki varsınız.

Afgelopen week hebben wij met onze 2 kinderen (16 en 20) een week in het Epta House met zwembad van Sia verbleven. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten! Het huis en zwembad voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting, net als de inrichting de afwerking. Het huis ligt in een rustige prive omgeving en er is een priveparkeerplaats. Sia is een hele fijne, vriendelijke host. Ze is behulpvaardig en denkt graag met je mee. Wij zijn dan ook alleen maar zeer positief over het huis en Sia zijn. En natuurlijk komen wij graag nog een keertje terug!

We had a really great time staying at Leo’s place. The garden is lovely and we spent hours relaxing there. The kids really like playing with Leo’s cats and dogs and I have to say they were extremely well behaved, not trying to get in the house or begging for food. I get eczema from cats and dogs so I was a bit worried about that at first, but it turned out to be fine because they never come inside and didn’t seem to try and sleep on the outdoor furniture either. Leo brought us fresh eggs and grapes from his garden, and using the kitchen was easy. The location is outside the main town in the middle of Kos island and we had a rental car, so close enough to everywhere if you are driving, and far enough away to be relaxing. There are a couple supermarkets and markets within a few minutes drive if you want to cook at home. Highly recommended for a young family whose kids are keen to swim in the plunge pool and play in the garden. Great time thanks Leo!

Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Sehr saubere, moderne und toll eingerichtete Wohnung, genau unser Geschmack. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend für den Aufenthalt. Während des Aufenthalts wurde die Wohnung 1x gereinigt, Handtücher und Bettbezüge gewechselt. Ein Auto zum Erreichen der Unterkunft und der umliegenden Ortschaften ist empfehlenswert. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir Fofi kennenlernen konnten. Eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die super schnell auf Anliegen antwortet :) wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft von Inge entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen! Das Häuschen war blitzsauber und modern, hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Kommunikation mit Inge war super, sie hat uns sogar von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und - durch einen Zufall - konnten wir durch sie auch wieder zum Flughafen gelangen ohne Bus zu fahren. Würde diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe & Natur in unmittelbarer Nähe von Kos Stadt sucht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Anfangs nicht ganz so einfach zu finden, da es in einer kleinen Seitenstraße gelegen ist. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut und alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Sehr sauber und insgesamt nichts auszusetzen. Eine perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man mit einem Mietwagen die Insel erkunden möchte, da alles in einer halben Stunde erreichbar ist. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert, immer schnelle antworten und keine offenen Fragen.

Consigliamo di soggiornare presso questo appartamento. La nostra esperienza è stata perfetta, abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito e in ordine. Ringraziamo anche la famiglia per la disponibilità e l’accoglienza.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kalliopi. Pour être parfait, nous aurions apprécié 2 chaises longues pour se reposer sur la grande terrasse 😉. À recommander. Excellent rapport qualité /prix.

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. Great experience at Einalia! The tranquility of the place and the availability and kindness of the owners are the best things. Furthermore the accomodation was very clean and with all the necessary forniture. I really recommend it. Thanks again !

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Bad und die Dusche sind etwas klein, dafür gibt es eine zweite separate Toilette. 👍🏼 Der Blick vom Balkon in Richtung Straße ist nicht so schön, weil direkt an der Immobilie ein altes nicht mehr genutztes Gewerbegebäude angrenzt. Der Blick in den Garten und zum Sonnenuntergang ist schöner. Leider hat der Ort Kamari keinen richtigen Ortskern. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants an der Hauptstraße, die alle in etwa das gleiche kulinarische Angebot haben. Das war für uns etwas enttäuschend- hat aber ja nix mit der Wohnung zu tun. 😉 Der Vermieter ist top und antwortet sofort!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Stamatias Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist modern und sauber und entspricht somit den Bildern. Insbesondere die Kommunikation mit Stamatia war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. So konnten wir beispielsweise vor der eigentlichen Zeit einchecken und später auschecken. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt!

The ease of getting to and from this home was SO nice! It is updated nicely, clean and well furnished. Everything was as advertised but what was above and beyond was the help from Marianna with check-in, to car rental to check out. I highly recommend this place for several people to stay.

Very very comfortable house in an extremely desirable location on the island near the port. Katerina is an excellent host, very responsive and very accomodating to every request. I would recommend Katerina and her house to anyone that wants to have an authentic stay on the island. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Endroit Magique, authentique, beau et simple, vue extraordinaire depuis la terrasse sur le volcan! Le village d’Emborios est très joli, la taverne à deux pas ( quasiment dans la maison ) est excellente et le cadre, l’ambiance géniale. On est dans la montagne et l’île est petite, sauvage donc l’atmosphère reste calme, détendante, joyeuse et ouverte à tous. L’accueil de Takis est top, facile, sympathique et accueillant. This is an extremely beautiful and authentic local stone house but with a renovated comfortable interior. The view to the sea the harbour and other islands is stunning. It’s very private you see nobody in any direction. The kitchen extremely well fitted. Marianna was sweet helpful and responsive. We even had cleaning while staying which was great. The beds comfortable and clean linens. Nisyros is a wonderful simple island in the good sense bery good food and local goat cheeses. Not run over by tourism. The path to the house is a little bit challenging but with we loved it. Totally worth the great privacy. And there’s an amazing outdoor shower.

The most beautiful village house in Emporeios. We had such a great stay, I just wished we could have stayed a month! The house is beautifully and lovingly renovated, the view from the terrace is amazing. As the last house in the village you feel as though you are really living on the mountain. Our young children loved the house and Emporios. We ate nearly every evening at the tiny but amazing taverna run by Triantafyllos’ brother, and only had a short walk home to bed once we were full of really good Greek village food. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to return another day.

Staying at Amalia's house was the best summer decision we have made. Such a unique and lovely place, in the best village of Nisyros island. Amalia has decorated the house in a harmonic way. We cannot find words to express our gratitude to her creation. The balcony overlooking the Aegean horizon, the garden of relaxation with lights and candles. the additional garden under in the bedrooms area. I am really interested in this architectural approach. Everything is convenient... they have even a tent to borrow, or a carrier for your super market shopping from the parking. If you find this Appartment available do not even hesitate to book it. Also, we have stayed for 6 nights and 7 days in the island and we needed much more.. the last is mentioned as many say it is a small island, what can we do in there? Trust me there are plenty of things you can do and you will enjoy. Thank you very much Amalia for warming our hearts for the oncoming winter with your amazing energetic house. Thank you!!!

Very cosy little traditional house. Beautiful atmosphere and very calm, just above the island’s capital. We loved our stay there. Highly recommend.
