Two small huts close together in the middle of the forest. One has 5 bunk beds, TV space, separate toilet, and bathroom. The other has a lounge, kitchen, table, fireplace, and another toilet. Very private with river access. Neru Hut is a house nestled in the forest, a 10-minute drive from Yakushima Airport, 15 minutes from Miyakonojura Port, and 10 minutes by car from restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a river on the premises and you can go down and bathe in the water. You'll feel like you're wandering into a private space deep in the mountains. We recommend renting a car for sightseeing in Yakushima. We can also help you arrange a rental car. Please let us know your arrival time, location, and return time. We'll let you know the quote. Fisherman's living experience inn: Fuku no Ki

Yakushima is famous for mountains, but the sea, fish are also attractive. This inn is a bit inconvenient, but we treat you like family. And you can eat delicious fresh fish. The building is a converted fisherman's barn. We will cook fish together, heat Goemon bath with firewood, and provide you with a stay as if you were living with us. One cooking experience is included during your stay. On other days, you will stay without meals. Optional fishing boat tour (extra charge) is also available.

Ocean view guest house Yakushima - Cottage

This location is very quiet & secret place for vacation home. There is a small Tatami room like a tea celemony room that you can use as yoga, meditation etc. for your private time. However, no kitchen facility. We provide an electric pot,cups,small dishies, refrigerater, microwave and oven grills toaster, so you can bring some food etc. There is sea and forest view from the guest cottage. Cottage is made in Japanese style with aromatic local cedar wood , open beams, and Shoji screens.

Our cottage is located on the hill looking over the Yakushiam's sea. You can see the marvelous ocean view and mountains. Its floor, wall, and ceiling are made with cedar plates. Inside the cottages are large cedar beams and the rooms are filled with the fragrance of the timber. The cottage is equipped with a unit bathroom, private balcony, a mini kitchen with an cooking heater and a small refrigerator, and some cookware and tableware, which can be freely used by the guest.
