Cabin holiday rentals in Ninilchik

The location was beyond beautiful. This has to be one of the most beautiful locations I've ever stayed. It is about the size of a very roomy hotel room (with better amenities). The only issue I had was one of the other guests called in a noise complaint when I thought we were being very respectful of the other guests. We were having a fire later in the night and we kept everything to a normal speaking volume and we received a message telling us that we were being too loud. There was another guest there that was a frequent visitor, and he said that he has had a common issue with other frequent visitors filing similar complaints against them. But the hosts were kind and understanding. All things considered, this place was absolutely beautiful and well worth every penny spent. There is just no beating those views.

We LOVED our stay here! The cabin was adorable, clean, & had everything we needed. The spa was a total game changer!! 😍 We were so thankful that such an amazing place was dog friendly! Would recommend to everyone & would definitely stay here again.

This lovely home, nestled in the hills just outside of Homer, exceeded all expectations as an Airbnb. Everything was clean and inviting, and the serene atmosphere provided a peaceful and refreshing experience from arrival to departure. If you and a partner are celebrating a special occasion, the hot tub, king-size bed, and ample space make this a highly recommended choice. It's also perfect for a family getaway, with a spacious spare room, living room, and kitchen suitable for preparing meals for everyone. Theres no need to look any further with the luxury this home offers for all occasion 😊

The views were absolutely stunning—waking up in the morning to the serene water and mountains in the distance was unforgettable. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were also amazing and were easy to community with! Thank you for such a nice stay! Our stay at Vivian's cabin in Ninilchik, Alaska was a dream come true. Situated perfectly for our fishing charter, the cabin boasted awe-inspiring views of cliffs, ocean, and mountains. Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, it felt like a home away from home. Vivian's hospitality was exceptional, and we were thrilled by the wildlife encounters, from bald eagles soaring above to moose wandering nearby. This experience was unforgettable, and we're already planning our return. Thank you, Vivian, for sharing your slice of Alaskan paradise with us!

Pictures don't do justice for sure. What a lovely little getaway. The hot tub was immaculate. which was really nice. The deck upstairs was perfect for stargazing. I felt right at home. I would absolutely rent again. My only little thing that was a little off was the no windows coverings in the sitting area. Other than that. it was amazing.

I can’t put our experience in words! Haley (the incredible housekeeper) was our main contact and did everything she could for us! Exactly as described, serene little cabin on a perfect slough with great game choices, and clean. If you have toddlers just watch them near the railings and on the stairs! Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back

Such a charming cabin with an excellent view in a perfect location. The kitchen was fully stocked (a huge plus) but honestly nothing was better than the view! One of our favorite AirBnB’s EVER!

This is a wonderful place to be. Close to towns with lots of amenities but also very private and quiet. We loved staying there. Kitchen was well staffed, comfortable bedding, and if you can stay up till late, a very rewarding sunsets! Would love to be back one day!

I am a touring comedian and it was so nice to just find a place with a hot tub to chill alone in the woods by a lake. The hosts were fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this little get away spot.

Great Stay in Logan's cabin. Beds were comfy and the cabin was really cute. Had a great little fridge and the communal bathrooms were clean, close, and spacious. I liked that they had a washing machine for guests to use (pay $4 electronically). We cooked outside on the grill and with our camping gear, nice picnic table and seating in front of the cabin. If you will be busy all day and need a comfy place with just enough amenities at a great price, this is the place!

My husband and I took a last minute getaway and the cabin was perfect for that. We were just wanting to kick back and take it slow for a couple of days. We had a very comfortable cabin and beautiful views. We watched it storm over the bay a couple of times and had easy access to restaurants and stores. It was a lovely time. We would definitely stay again.

Our host was wonderful, super responsive, and very accommodating. The scenery and house was absolutely lovely. We loved that as soon as we entered the house, our dog was welcomed with towels, bowls, and treats in the mud room. We could not of asked for a better experience and would recommend the place to anyone. Everything was super clean and the bed linen felt new/extremely comfortable. Best place we’ve stayed at in a long time.

We had the best stay— the cabin was perfect for us (a couple) and our small dog. We were able to walk to the beach and coffee but also had privacy. Hope to come back soon!

Absolutely loved this cabin, it’s so pretty and perfectly clean. Comfortable bed and good quality pillows made for a great nights sleep!

The accommodations far exceeded expectations for the cost. The view is stunning! We sat on the front porch in the mornings with our coffee and enjoyed the view in peace and solitude! My husband kept saying “ what a find!” A real couch in the cabin would have made sitting inside more comfortable but no other complaints. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our family had a great stay at Lenore's cabin. Very clean and well taken care of! The views are incredible from the cabin and it is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. We will definitely stay again when in Homer.

We stayed at this Airbnb and were truly impressed it was a beautiful, well-maintained home that exceeded our expectations. There was more than enough space for our group of 4 friends & 2 babies, making it incredibly comfortable for both adults & little ones. The attention to detail throughout the home was outstanding. From baby plates & silverware to a thoughtful selection of books & toys, everything felt intentionally curated to make families feel welcome. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil & appliance you could think of, which made cooking together a breeze. Each room was tasteful & cozy, creating a relaxing, home-away-from-home atmosphere. We especially appreciated the peaceful location it felt tucked away & serene, & close enough to access shops, restaurants, & city attractions when we needed them. We felt safe & right at home the entire time. We would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone traveling with kids or in a group looking for comfort & convenience!

The view from upstairs is magical. It’s a well appointed little house and cleverly designed. A quiet, peaceful, and charming place to stay!

The stay was great, I enjoyed making a fire in the outdoor fire pit with wood & lighters supplied. Just bring your own marshmallows 🙂 There was a couple of resident rabbits that my daughter enjoyed seeing also. Top value for what our family needed that was central to everything we wanted to see & do in the area
