Villa holiday rentals in Nikiana

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Very nice place to stay. The pictures are exactly like the place looks in real. Kostas was good in communication and picked us up to take us to the house. There is a beautiful view from the terrace down to the city. You need a car to get to the restaurants, but then they are easy to reach.

We loved our stay here. The host was very responsive and swiftly provided solutions to us throughout our time. The location is very tranquil and peaceful and the view is really beautiful. We felt very comfortable from the outset. Thank you 🙏🏻

Highly recommend staying at this villa. The old-style wooden decor creates a wonderful atmosphere. The pool is regularly cleaned, and the surrounding area is quiet. The WiFi had some minor issues, but it’s understandable since the house is situated on a high hill. The village offers authentic local cuisine, definitely worth a stay! The best part were the lovely cats of Katouna, they will steal your heart and your food~ we will miss them!

We really enjoyed the two nights we stayed during our Greek road trip and it was especially nice having secure private parking. The villa itself feels very homely and is a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring. The bed is very comfortable and the towels are thick and fluffy so we enjoyed this little touch of luxury. We'd happily stay again if we visit Lefkada. It's a great base to get around the island. :)

I am left speechless! This villa is absolutely spectacular with breathtaking views. The staff were incredible, very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate, so clean and very comfortable. I loved drinking my morning coffee while watching the spectacular view. It looked as if it was painted, so magical and calming. The distance to mayor attractions and the beach were very close and convenient. I am looking forward to visiting again. I fell in love with this Villa. I highly recommend this place!!!

We really enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Rosebud. The villa is set out perfectly for a family and has everything you need. The children loved the pool area and there are different places to sit for breakfast lunch and dinner, to catch the sun & shade. It’s only a short walk down into Nikiana, we would walk early to pick up coffee and croissants from the delicious bakery. The beach is also nearby. We hired a boat from Pipis boats in the port, which was great and there are also good places to eat there. Evgenia is a wonderful host, we met briefly when we first arrived , she occasionally messaged to ask if we had everything we needed, which we did. Already planning our return next year!

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful & well positioned, so close to the beach & in such a special location. There are a few tavernas & shops located within walking distance- Molos was a particular highlight. The villa was brilliant for our family & baby- blackout shutters on the windows & we were able to borrow a cot & high chair. The pool was full of inflatables, plenty of outdoor seating & sun beds, bbq etc. if you’ve got a young family, it is just perfect in every way. Finally Gal & Rea were amazing hosts. They made sure we had some beers & groceries on arrival & went out of their way to help us the entire time. We will be back very soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay & some gorgeous memories

I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

This place is nothing but breathtaking! Unbelievable location, private, with beautiful landscapes……it is just perfect. The private pool and sea spot makes this location unique. No need to chase crowded beaches and pools…..anything you need is there. It is super clean, decoration is perfect and very well equipped! Even the barbecue is unique and a big plus! Erato is an outstanding host. Who need something, you write, she answer, period. She is always available, super nice and provides very nice recommendations. So in a nutshell, if ever you are hesitating between different airbnb, this place is a must if you want peaceful and relaxing vacations. A must to see with very nice villages around. I will definitely come back!!!!!

Property and landlords are everything a renter would wish for. For the record, I live abroad, but I used to be a local and I know the area quite well. Katerina was very helpful well before we show up to the villa. Excellent communication, quick response in questions, full details provided, and she was very proactive in general. Her attitude and approach was very professional! We also had a baby with us and she prepared everything a baby needs! The property is exactly as expected by looking the pictures. It is located a few miles away from the sea, up the mountainside, with amazing view, amongst Olive trees. What you see and surrounds you is a true Greek countryside! The location is also as good as it gets if you want to travel around the entire island. The pool was great, there is always shade somewhere to hide from the hot sun, And it is very spacious. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Really nice villa in a great location, just over an hour from the airport. It’s a 5 min drive from the villa to Sivota - a lovely harbour with plenty of restaurants - including a couple that did vegan options!! There are a few Boutique shops and a Pharmacy too. It’s a 20 minute walk down if you want to have a drink. Pool is v nice and you can swim in the sea as there is a private path down to the rocks at the bottom, but it is steep In places! Caution needed. There was a very sweet pebble beach further on (20 min walk) also a bit of a scramble, but lovely. Ram is a very good host, he sent us so much useful information and came back very quickly to any questions we had. The villa has a lovely view over the Bay - everything very nicely done inside and very clean. Management Company was also very reliable with advice and costings for boat trips, restaurants, beaches etc. Would happily go back. Just the break we needed.

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

Lovely place and a great stay. The house is very well equipped and has a great pool. Nice gardens and shady trees make the yard an appealing place to stay. It’s close to local shops but far away enough to be peaceful. Great views to the sea are a bonus.

We immediately felt at home. The accommodation is very tasteful and furnished with love. Anastasia was a charming hostess and even surprised us with local delicacies. The pool is wonderful and the outdoor facilities invite you to have a cozy barbecue. The view of the harbor is unique. Our stay was perfect and we would come back any time.

We had a great stay at White Rock Villas. We travelled as a group of 4 (2 couples) and found that the villa was in an ideal location. We weren’t too far from the airport, but with a car rental we were easily able to drive to the neighbouring towns for dinner/coffee. We also visited other parts of the island and nothing was too far away. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and really comfortable. Our host Panagiotis was always one message away if we ever needed anything, and one night even came to the villa after midnight to sort an issue out. 100% recommend.

Really nice place. Peacefull and intimate, with a spectacular view . We enjoyed it so much , and surelly will be an option when we'll be back on this beautifull island. Highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It offers beautiful views, a lovely swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing break. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Erez was highly professional, welcoming, and very responsive. We also really appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better. Just a heads-up: the road to the villa is quite rough and takes about 20 minutes from the bay, even though the distance isn’t far. It’s a bit of a challenge each time, but once you arrive, it’s well worth it. Highly recommended for a quiet and well-organized stay in Sivota!

Lovely place, the view was amazing. It was not that hot as it is close to the seaside, which is perfect, it was peaceful and with a nice pool. We used the BBQ and the large terrace quite often, we will definitely come again
