Simply perfect. Carlos' bungalow exceeded all our expectations: it is even nicer than the photos, decorated with exquisite taste and with every detail designed to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The cleanliness was spotless and the natural light coming in in the morning makes it even more special. But the best of all is its unbeatable location, just steps from the beach! Waking up and having breakfast with the sound of the Sea was a real luxury. Carlos was an exceptional host - friendly, attentive and always available to help us with anything. Definitely one of the best homes we've been to. We'll be back!

A tranquil stay in a very well maintained house with beautiful surroundings.

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

It was an incredible experience. The cottage we stayed in had all the amenities. The hosts are excellent people, they have been super kind and attentive at all times. His house is a beautiful place where you can breathe peace and tranquility, which is what we were looking for, a paradise! Everything was super clean and with everything we could need. We will definitely visit this beautiful villa again and this couple of hosts, Ágnel and Divina, and their dog Jasper🥰

Ophélie's place is exactly the way she describes it, a 5-10 min walk to the Alcazaba, restaurants and lively areas. Breakfast and late drinks on the terrace overlooking the Cerro San Cristobal is a great experience. Ophélie was super helpful, clear instructions and communication. We felt at home. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

We loved staying here. You breathe in peace and quiet. It has everything you need to spend a great few days. 15/20 minutes from beautiful villages and beaches. Recommended!!!

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

We loved Paris’ house. Beautiful, convenient, close to the center of town but tucked away on a quiet back street that felt private and exclusive. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Views from the roof are gorgeous. Paris was always there to answer a question and Stephen gave us a warm welcome and straightforward easy instructions. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Mojacar.

We stayed in a house that exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail is really good; every corner of the house is impeccable and you can see the care with which it has been prepared for guests. The cleanliness is excellent, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. In addition, the owners welcomed us with friendly and warm attention, giving us typical local products, which added a special touch to our stay. This gesture, along with the care in every aspect of the house, made our experience exceptional. We are very happy with our choice and it is certainly a place we highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and well-kept stay in Níjar.

The stay at Isabel's house was wonderful. The house comes with everything you need, plus a very nice terrace. Isabel has been very attentive to everything and that we did not lack anything. If we come back to Nijar we will definitely repeat!!

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

Wonderful stay at Casa Atalaya. The house is beautiful, full of details and with very careful decoration and lighting. Each patio/terrace has the perfect orientation for the different times of the day, the peace that you can breathe is indescribable! The house has everything you could need and was perfectly clean. The traditional construction keeps it cool even on hot days. It is equidistant from all areas of the cape, a perfect location to explore it in full. There is great privacy, being 5 minutes from bars and shops. Chloé is simply awesome. I can't recommend spending enough time at this accommodation.

Beautiful stay in Las Negras in a house with unique charm, where authenticity and modernity blend perfectly. The setting is simply idyllic, with stunning views of the sea and the mountains. The place is peaceful, located in a quiet neighborhood, conducive to rest and disconnection. We were warmly welcomed by Maria, who was very kind and remarkably flexible, both on arrival and departure. A house that invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the natural beauty of the region.
