It is located overlooking the idyllic countryside scenery of Minamiuonuma, one of Japan's leading fish river, and Echigo Mt., surrounded by 100 famous mountains in Japan. Enjoy the quiet private space and the source spring-fed hot spring. We have installed a system kitchen, refrigerator, range, and coin-type washer and dryer machine (¥100 coins only) installed. You can live like a local. Long-term stays are also welcome. Please contact us. Underneath, you'll find the idyllic countryside of Minamiuonuma, Japan's leading Uyonogawa River, and the surrounding area, and Mt. Nestled in majestic nature, our accommodation is a private rental. Please enjoy the hot springs flowing from the source (the open-air bath is canceled during the winter months (December-March) for safety reasons) and a quiet private space. For bikers and cyclists, we have a covered garage. Pets are also allowed.* A separate fee will be charged.

This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noise. Because it is a house nestled deep in the mountains, we do our best, but there are insects during the warmer months.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves are dancing. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's never an easy home to live in, but with a great view and experience. There is a full counter kitchen with stunning views and condiments and cookers so you can enjoy cooking.(No BBQ equipment)

The closest public onsen is just 50 meters down the road and free to use for our guests. You live above the famous Swiss bakery for your daily bread, pastry and Pizza supply. Other Japanese Restaurants are close by too.
