Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. The apartment is pet-free, but around the house there are cats, chickens, sheep and bees, and various opportunities to move in the fresh air.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.

Martinszell (near Waltenhofen) is about 2 km from the beautiful Lake Niedersonthofen, which invites you to swim, walk or bike. Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.

A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
