Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

50 sqm apartment with mountain views in Hellengerst near Kempten

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. Lakes, hiking trails (including Jacobsweg), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment can accommodate 2 – 4 people and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden level and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Close to shopping. Even toddlers cost €5 per night. This fee is due in addition when booking and will be charged by us by changing the booking.

The apartment is wonderful in terms of its location and its furnishings. View of the alpine mountain panorama. With great opportunities for hiking and stopping for refreshments. The nearest restaurant or supermarket is about 10-15 minutes away. Landlords were always friendly, obliging and helpful, and they gave tips for the area. Will come again any time!

We (two adults and one child) stayed in the small apartment for six days at the end of February. We were greeted on arrival by the hosts personally and very friendly. The hosts were always very friendly and gave us good tips for excursions in the area. The apartment was very clean, we lacked nothing in the apartment. We would recommend the place.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and tidy and above all well thought out in terms of amenities (which unfortunately is often not the case in vacation apartments). Parking directly at the house and the city center within walking distance. Friendly and helpful host. The only downside: The apartment is located in the basement of a wooden chalet near a body of water and there was a slight smell of a damp cellar (see Ingrid's review in May 2022). And the terrace is really not for tall people. If you pay attention to that, everything is great and you can rent the apartment with a good feeling.

The greeting of the farm owner was very nice and warm. The apartments are very well suited for larger groups. Individual design of the rooms with a lot of wood. The large wooden table in the kitchen is a great place to eat together. The entrance through the old threshing floor has a special flair. It still serves as a workshop and storage area for agricultural machinery. We felt completely comfortable. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Bernhard and his family are great hosts. The apartment is modern, the kitchen is well equipped and the terrace with garden use creates a direct holiday feeling. You can also get into the smart home control quickly after a short trial phase. We felt really comfortable from the first moment. Many excursion destinations in the region are reachable after a short drive by car. We were particularly pleased with the great solution with the travel cot for our son Sebastian.
