The place is great. The location is excellent. The apartment is better than five-star hotels. Everything was available. The apartment deserves all the praise.

Relaxed quiet location, easy to find and parking directly on the property. Franz gave us a great welcome and showed us the apartment. Apartment + terrace is super cozy and the kitchen is super equipped. Great location between Lake Achensee and the Wilder Kaiser for hiking.

The vacation in the accommodation Bergliebe was great! Claudia gave very proactive tips on hikes and day trips and the accommodation corresponded exactly to the pictures, modern and clean. In the kitchen, there was everything you need for a week, incl. Coffee machine. Overall, the location and accommodation were very quiet and with a wonderful view of the sunset in the mountains. I would recommend it at any time!

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is located in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and modern underground car park, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner - thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment was full of comforts and was attractively decorated. Host/wife were very friendly and helpful. Because it was the end of April, we were in exactly between winter and summer season, so a lot was closed like lifts and restaurants. Nevertheless, we had a great time and worth coming back again. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Lukas'! The apartment is not only stylish and furnished with great attention to detail, but also perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the valley, really a highlight! Lukas was a great host: very warm, helpful and flexible. He immediately responded to our special requests because of our little daughter and spontaneously organized a cot and a high chair for us. That was really great and not a given. We can fully recommend the stay and will be happy to come back

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
