Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nicoya

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. One of my favorite stays to date here in Tamarindo

This place was amazing and had an extraordinary time here. Beautiful place and pool. The extra beach club passes was an end game (a plus). You cant beat this experience for the value. Lennis was so kind and available whenever you needed her. I thank you for a beautiful experience in AirB&B in costa rica. Lennis was so attentive. We loved it here. The pool boy/guy was attentive as well. We told him what we wanted to do (excursions, ride motorcycles, etc.) and gave us suggestions. We told him about going to different beaches and gave us different suggestions! We loved it here.

I love Tamarindo. The location is great. You can walk to everything. The building felt very safe and secure. Ana is a fabulous host. Can’t wait to come back!

Camille’s place is a little slice of heaven. We loved it especially the gorgeous pool area. Truly beautiful and the compound feels very safe. Camille’s family were slightly and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10!

Perfection. Absolute perfection. The other reviews are spot on. Just book it already. The views can’t be beat and no picture can do it justice. Everywhere you look it is beautiful and magical: the jungle sounds, the sunsets, the amazing flora and fauna, the details and thoughtful touches. It is so perfect it is almost overwhelming. Every day, I couldn’t believe I was there. And the hosts! They are amazing! They are genuinely kind and generous, not that fake used car salesman nice. They are the real deal. Anything they recommend, just do it. Use their concierge service and do everything! You can’t go wrong. We would have stayed longer and plan to go back soon.

Four of us stayed at the Hidden Jewel and it was absolutely a beautiful spot to mark birthday occasions. The view is amazing and so peaceful. Spotless bbq was a bonus to keep the heat outside. Everything was clean, no clutter and the bedrooms had ample room for clothing. The pool was a real bonus as the weather was very hot so nice to have that to cool off. The one thing we were disappointed in was that we expected the pool to be maintained more often. We realize that this home is high up in the hills and will get debris from all the trees however it sounded like there would be more maintaining of the pool. We only saw the pool maintenance guy once over 9 days.He vacuumed the bottom of pool but never looked at the skimmer. By day 6 of our stay we had so much debris in pool we didn’t want to go in. Also road up to house, definitely need 4 wheel. Many cars could not get up like Uber driver who took us to dinner had to drop us midway along with airport taxi.

Eloide is such a wonderful host. She was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was just perfect for us., very comfortable and a peaceful location. We loved the beautiful jungle surroundings and enjoyed a swim in the pool. This was a great find and we will be back again! Thank you for having us, Eloide.

We stayed here for a week, everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As said by many already, the view is incredible, very peaceful and relaxing property. The house was very clean, beds comfortable, and all of the outdoor furniture was great as well. Our stay was towards the end of dry season so it was very hot so the pool was great to lounge in and cool off every day. The drive up the hill to the house was daunting at first but after the first go it was really nothing, we didn't have issues with a standard SUV rental. We saw lots of howler monkeys, iguanas, lizards and the daily overhead parakeet fly-by around dinner time. Jonathan and Kevin were very helpful onsite, great guys, we appreciated all their help and overall friendliness. Great property, close to Samara and a hard to beat view, would highly recommend this rental. Thanks for everything.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk to the beach, where we felt like we had a little slice of paradise to ourselves. One of the most magical parts? We spotted monkeys in the trees right off our deck—it felt like something out of a nature documentary! The place itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with charming, beachy touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always available with a smile or a great local tip. And we have to mention the cats! We completely fell in love with them—they added such a sweet, homey vibe to the property. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. If you’re headed to Costa Rica, this spot is a total gem!

Truly a home away from home with hospitality that is unmatched. We were astounded by the this beautiful Airbnb , immaculate and well stocked including a full washer and dryer which was a godsend. It is evident that Josh and Yer pour in their hearts to make their place an oasis of comfort and kindness. They gave the clearest instructions to access the home with helpful photos. They left us snacks, sodas, and coffee and that was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We felt so welcomed. I wish all Airbnb hosts had their proactive care! They set the bar high! We loved our stay in Monteverde! Beth & Manolo’s place is so cozy we felt relaxed and at home. The view from the porch is incredible. Beth was super helpful in helping us with directions proactively to find the house safely (as the drive from La Fortuna is an adventure). Zaida greeted us with warm banana bread (as Beth was traveling). Manolo was a great host. We enjoyed a tour through the magical cloud forest with him as well as a night walk through a local reserve. He helped us spot three resplendent quetzal as well as a mom & baby sloth (amongst numerous other treasures). Book this Airbnb if you want to feel comfortable, safe, & enjoy Monteverde!

This condo was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. It was a very brief walk to the Main Street. Everything was literally five minute walk. They are picky with who they host (with good reason) because of how pristine it is. Thank you :)

A wonderful condo in a quieter part of town with peaceful pools and beautiful views from the rooftop. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Awesome place and great host

This place is fantastic, spotless, well equipped, secure, easy to access and a beautiful ocean view. The beach chairs/umbrella are a great bonus which we used to enjoy Playa Flamingo in comfort David is a generous, responsive host. Thank you for hosting us.

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Michelle's place is super cute as described. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated all of the extra pillows. We enjoyed going to the beautiful beaches and it was great to have the beach chairs & cooler for our use. We had the pool all to ourself, which we enjoyed. We really loved the town and all of the fabulous restaurants. Thank you, Michelle!

Loved staying at Katie & Happy’s place! It was a little walk from downtown Tamarindo, but we loved making the walk and noticed a lot of people utilized the scooters all around or had rented golf carts, which we would have opted for if we brought our kids. They provided beach towels and chairs that we used often and a filtered water pitcher in the fridge so that saved us on purchasing bottled water, which was so helpful. There was a little market close by and several amazing restaurants. The pizza place across the street was the best pizza we’ve ever had and I went to the nearby snack shack for açaí bowls and coffee almost daily. Langosta was a beautiful area to stay in with close private beach access. We were also able to walk the beach to Tamarindo at low tide. We loved this place and location and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Katie & Happy!
