Magical and beautiful Bedrock Cottage! Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, WiFi and I loved visiting the koi fish pond that’s on this beautiful property. There’s a rooftop too! Watching hang gliders up in the sky was really cool! Rick is so welcoming and friendly, couldn’t ask for a nicer host! Absolutely loved our 3 nights stay!

I loved this property on the top of Lookout Mtn, GA. The property has just been taken over by new owners in the last 6 months. About 10 cottages all newly renovated. They are clean, fresh and well appointed, including robes and nice thick towels. You park you car right next to the cottage, very convenient. The host Jamie and the staff all super friendly. Breakfast is included with the stay. Served at the Inn every morning at 830. The inn, is quaint with flowers on the table. Coffee, teas, juice. Real china , silverware and cloth napkins. Fruit, bacon, eggs, pastries, grits are self serve. First morning they brought bread pudding to the table the next morning avacado toast. You can take long walks through the local neigborhoods. Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline Railway and numerous hiking trails, all super close and Chattanoga is 20 minutes away. Very nice place. Great for groups. Small pool to splash in and hot tub. Highly recommended for a relaxed stay.

By far our fav place we have stayed! Words can’t describe this little slice of heaven. Beautiful inside and out. Every detail was thought out beautifully to bring this stunning dream to light! Hosts Eve. Go the extra mile and provided muffins, popcorn, smores kit and anything you forgot. If you haven’t booked now do it fast because once the word gets out this place will stay booked up!

Very sweet little cabin - prefect for a weekend get away

Loved how quiet it was out on the farm! It was super convenient to my son’s wedding venue, and the kitchen accommodated the HUGE amount of baking I had to do very well!! The beds were super comfy, and the living space is far bigger than it appears in photos! The highlight of our stay (other than the wedding, of course) was watching the cows in the field across the street and the massive amount of fireflies! It was magical!!

We absolutely loved staying at Lookout Mountain Inn! The cottage was perfect for what we needed, adorable, relaxing, & with an excellent location close to everything we wanted to do while in Chattanooga. Loved having breakfast at the main house each morning as well. We will be back next time we are in the area! Excellent stay!

Our family really enjoyed our time here. It was our first cabin experience and the kids loved it! The staff were incredibly kind and the home cooked breakfast, prepared by Jamie, was phenomenal. We enjoyed the quietness and listening to the wind cut through the trees while lounging outside. We are a family of 7 (4 young kids and 1 infant) and the sleeping space was adequate. Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds are. The location was just minutes away from Ruby Falls which was our destination and why we rested in this area. So glad we came across Timberroot and will look out for their other properties for future rustic travel plans.

If you’re looking for something beautiful and private this is it. Travel for a living and sometimes you want the feeling of home away from home and this is it.

Such a lovely place. You could feel the history in the peacefulness of the home. Perfect location to go to a concert at The Caverns, and there’s plenty to do, beautiful hiking trails and great restaurants within about a 30 minute radius. The home was exactly as described, well stocked with amenities, and had everything we needed!

Love this place! The hosts are precious and the house uses the room they have in the most efficient way! Probably will stay here again!

Allison was a very good host. We enjoyed our stay. It had a very nice covered back deck, within walking distance of the river and we got to watch some wild life from the deck. The best was our visitor on the deck, a large salamander. It was quiet location and peaceful. Allison checked in with us every day and even notified of us when the yard was being mowed.

Tina’s place was perfect for our family! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was just as described but even better than we expected! We brought 4 dogs along with us. The fenced gates on the front and back porches along with the fenced yard were perfect for them to run around and play. Even though we have vacationed in Monteagle at least 10 times, we used her book of recommendations to try out different activities and places to visit. This vacation away from everything is just what our family needed. Not listed in the description was that the TVs can be used to log into your streaming services. This made our stay extra comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Awesome place with tons of great outdoor activities. Nice community with good public spaces. Comfy beds, great ac, easy access to amenities. Pup shed was a great additional space. Host very prompt to communicate as well. Would definitely stay again!

The Sewanee “Cottage” — really a spacious, rambling house — is a perfect place to stay while visiting the college. Everything is walkable from the house, because it’s squarely on campus, though it feels quiet and private once you’re inside. (If you walk a block or two on a weekend night, you might hear the college kids partying, but all you hear from the house is birdsong.) The kitchen is well-appointed, the bedrooms are comfy, and the living room and other common areas are full of funky charm. Check-in and check-out were easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for Bonnaroo. Festival unfortunately got cancelled after day 1 and Kamilla was kind and understanding enough to let us cancel the remainder of our stay. Kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, utensils, spices, pans, etc.

We rented this cottage last minute for our weekend trip to go hang gliding nearby. It was exactly as it was described. Very secure location that is gated. Well decorated interior with anything and everything you could possibly need; you just have to supply your own food. So many extra amenities made it special like the different types of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. James and Angela were very hospitable and were quick to respond when I couldn’t get the door to unlock when we arrived after 7:30 pm. We brought our fishing rods to fish at their beautiful pond, but we ran out of daylight. We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay there again should we ever end up back in that area. You can’t go wrong renting this cottage. We thoroughly enjoy our stay!!

Very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Everything we needed for the short stay. Very quiet and peaceful!

Cynthia was great, we arrived late and she had the place ready with lighting on inside and out. It was easy to get in, and the place was clean. It’s located in a calm and quiet area. Cynthia even left us a few pastries 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! We liked that we could stay out in the country but still be close enough to explore Chattanooga, and it was an easy hour drive up to Fall Creek Falls State Park. The cottage was lovely and cozy and had a lot of character.

Description and photos are accurate. The location is very quiet and relaxing. It was easy to find and perfect for our event in Chattanooga. It is a 15 min drive to downtown and there is some grocery stores and restaurants a couple of miles away. The place was super clean and well equipped.
