Holiday rentals with a patio in Niantic, East Lyme

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Jennifer's place was a great option for us in the chaos of finding a wedding spot in Memorial Day weekend. We flew with our little one for the first time and needed a place that would be able to accommodate us. The availability of a pack-and-play, a high chair, and other helpful baby items made our stay much easier and less stressful. We were comfortable, in a great area, and the communication was amazing.

The location is amazing! It’s just a quick walk from downtown Mystic but also far enough that it still feels private and very quiet. The apartment was also super clean. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and the bathroom is small, but we didn’t spend much time there as there was so much to do in town. Highly recommend this place if you plan on exploring. Huge benefit that it is also pet friendly!

I love this place. Perfect but what we were looking for. Walking distance to access beach. Overlooking the pier. Very clean and check in with.

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Clean, cute, and convenient. You are only about 10-15 minutes away from days worth of things to do around southern RI, but can go back there and rest in the quiet and comfort as of you live there away from all the noise for a very reasonable price for where you are and what you get. Her beautifully maintained flower garden was definitely an extra perk to make the place even cozier than it is and gave a wonderful smell when hanging out on the covered porch in the evenings. The apartment was even bigger than I thought it was going to be and was perfect for me and my fiancé to be able to spread out and relax. The apartment was incredibly cleaned and well maintained from front room to kitchen to bathroom to bedroom better than any hotel I’ve stayed at while still keeping that lived-in charm that makes it feel like home. Linens were crisp and clean and we loved the cleanliness and softness of the bed, was definitely great for weary legs lol 110/10 for this place! Will stay again!

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Great spot! It’s huge. Much larger than the photos seem. It’s the entire third floor with windows All around. Great views of the sky over the housetops.

We (short-term owners of three years) had a fantastic week-long stay with a group of 7! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly attentive, kind, and quick with helpful suggestions. The variety of games and activities—especially the record player, fire pits, hot tub, and air hockey—kept us entertained. All amenities were ready for use, making our stay truly enjoyable. Great location - close to Mystic, CT (Mystic aquarium), downtown, and other attractions. Danita was very responsive and the house was perfect for my family. Would stay here again!

Everything was great and as expected with this home. It was very clean, the views were stunning, right on the water. Unfortunately it rained, but we took advantage of the screened in porch with coffee. Jesse was quick to respond with any questions and had thorough and clear information about checking and getting into the home. We’d definitely look to stay here again, if we’re in the Mystic area.

I am so happy we found Carie's place! We are a band on tour right now and had such a relaxing time. Hot tub was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Easy check-in/check-out. Thank you so much!

Great space, accurate description

We just had most wonderful stay! The decks provided the most breathtaking views- from watching the boats, bird and duck watching, and catching glimpses of the fish jumping! It was the perfect spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals, and relaxation. Jim had a grill out on the deck to use. Our daughter enjoyed finding shells and small crabs on the beach area. We kayaked one morning right on site- beautiful! The big windows gave us plenty of view to the beautiful outdoors when we hit some rainy/colder times too. Everything was wonderful inside and out- we hope to stay again! The location itself is also great- plenty to do in the area- all within close enough driving distance. Our daughter loved Tree Trails. We also spent a day at one of the many ocean beaches to choose from nearby.

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

This property is just as described. Fantastic location for getting all along the shoreline and so quick and easy to restaurants and shopping. The beach pass was a great bonus. Host communication is excellent. Price is right.

just returned from annual moms weekend away...Erin's place was beautiful! well stocked, clean, looked just like the pics, great sound system. loved the extra little details like the large ice cubes already made (for me as an old fashioned snob), the adorable dry bar, and the decor in general w all the gold touches-it made it stand out from the typical! the best was walking in and smelling how fresh and clean and homey it was! would def recommend. also we had zero questions bc she was so proactive reaching out prior to checking in. check out her place! :)

Pete was very great person as a host . She treated us very well and I feel we felt like home great place to stay definitely be back.

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!
