This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Mystic at this great home. The pool was the biggest hit, but the kitchen/living room area was an amazing place for our group to gather for meals and games. Location is spectacular as you can just park at the house and walk to all the great restaurants the area has to offer and if you have kids, there’s a great playground just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Went with family for a weekend trip. Tracy and Patrick’s home is lovely, very beautiful and well maintained. And everyone enjoyed including my kid who found a lot of toys to play.

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

We had a great time at AJ's place! The space is very spacious and comfortable, everything was clean, and the backyard was PERFECT for our group. Close to casinos and restaurants. Highly recommend for groups and families!

The perfect place in the perfect location. Looked just like-if not better than- the photos. Plenty of room for my family and I. Cute and safe neighborhood to walk in, close to a lot of restaurants and the beach! Anything you need is available to you in and outside of this lovely home! A Perfect Family Getaway! We had a fantastic week with our children and grandkids! The house was just three homes away from a private beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach days. The neighborhood was peaceful, walkable, and full of super friendly people. One of our favorite local spots was Black Point Market—absolutely adorable! The owner and staff were so welcoming. They serve amazing grilled breakfast sandwiches, fresh lunches, scoop ice cream, baked goods, candy, sodas, beer, and all the essentials you might need. Downtown Niantic was another highlight, with its scenic boardwalk, charming shops, great restaurants, and plenty of ice cream options for the kids (and adults!). We also took a couple of day trips to Mystic Aquarium and the Mystic Seaport Museum—both were fun, educational, and memorable for the whole family. And don’t miss Vincitori Apizza in Niantic! We (short-term owners of three years) had a fantastic week-long stay with a group of 7! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly attentive, kind, and quick with helpful suggestions. The variety of games and activities—especially the record player, fire pits, hot tub, and air hockey—kept us entertained. All amenities were ready for use, making our stay truly enjoyable. Jim’s place was great, with plenty to see in the area. We ended up spending most of the time enjoying the little beach and kayaks. Very cute house with plenty of room and we’ll stocked kitchen. The grill made for a perfect Labor Day cookout looking out at the water. Would stay again.

Scott’s place was a quaint cape style home within walking distance of many beaches. The house was super clean and perfectly advertised. The backyard patio was perfect as it is mostly shaded during those very hot days and the fire pit came in handy. The location is super quiet and very family friendly. There is a community center and shop within walking distance. Scott checked in to ensure the stay was going well. In all me and my family had a great time and would highly recommend this listing.

This was a very beautiful house on the lake. I also appreciate it a lot of toiletries and a large supply of clean towels, linens, pillows, etc. That is a very nice touch. Overall, the only regret is that I wish we stayed there for a longer duration.

The home was exactly as described. Made our last minute getaway with the kids a perfect trip. Susan also helped us out with recommendations and was flexible with our arrangements. I’d definitely recommend!

This house had so many amenities and was exactly as described! We enjoyed having access to grills, a hot tub, game room, and all of the household/beach necessities! The house and game decor were super cute and the adults loved the competitive scrabble game on the wall. There was a small ant problem in the kitchen (which the owner was aware of) that was there despite attempts to keep the dishes and garbage can clean, but that was our only minor complaint. Overall, loved the place and would consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend get away. It’s a great location close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
