저는 두분의 배려에 너무 감동 했습니다. 예약을 고민하시는 분들께 꼭 알려드리고 싶습니다 ^^ 1. 미케비치 바로 코앞이라 뷰와 전망이 정말로 최고입니다. 그리고 바닷가로 도보 5분이면 해변가 입니다. 저녁에는 더 아름다워요 ~~~ 2. 아파트 및 주변은 베트남식당, 한국식당, 이태리식당 등 너무 많고 다양해서 좋아요 3. 마트는 한국마트 및 현지마트가 건물내부 및 외부에 아주 다양하게 있고 도보로 가까운 곳에는 선물샵도 많습니댜. 4. 맛사지 샵도 건물에 두개나 있어서 여행후 피로를 풀기에도 아주좋아요 5. 객실2개 특히 화장실이 2개 이고 밖에 세면대로 밖으로 된 곳도 있어서 너무 편리했어요. 6. 거실에는 소파가 있어서 편리하고 360 TV 와 넷플릭스, 유튜브를 시청할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요 7. 에어컨은 객실마다 있고 거실에도 있고 보조로 선풍기까지 있어서 더웠지만 너무 좋았습니다. 8. 전자렌지, 냉장고, 식기류, 칼, 가위 주전자 포트 까지 준비되어서 편리하게 이용을 했고 쓰레기를 버리는 공간이 같은층에 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 9. 키가 있어야 엘리베이터로 이동할 수가 있어서 매우 안전해서 그 또한 아주 높은 점수를 주고 싶었어요. ^^ 10. 저렴한 금액에 차량을 예약 가능 이곳은 가성비 최고라고 생각합니다. 안타깝게도 저는 저의 부주의로 발목을 부상을 당하는 불의의 사고가 있었습니다. 호스트 부부의 배려는 저에게 정말로 감동을 주었습니다. 말도 안통하는 곳에서, 주말임에도 불구하고, 제가 어려움에 처했을때 최선을 다해서 아낌없이 도와주신 두분께 저는 진심 으로 감사를 표하고 싶습니다. 나는 그들이 한국을 방문할때 기꺼이 환영할 것입니다. 고민하지 마세요 ~ !

CHAMECO was born from the cultural inspiration of Champa, an ancient civilization in the Central region of Vietnam. The project's name is a combination of two words: CHAM and ECO. Firstly I would like to touch on the responsiveness and attentiveness of the Host/Co hosts. They are overwhelmingly helpful with every question/query I have and not only with the apartment but with other things as well. I have not waited any longer than five minutes for a reply and their communication and transparency with absolutely everything is above and beyond and by far the best out of any airbnb I have stayed in. Nhi especially has gone the extra mile for me no matter how small my request/query and it has made my stay extremely streamlined and easy and I am so grateful to have her as my point of contact. The room gets a deep clean once every week which is always communicated to me beforehand. It has all of the appliances and facilities I need to live comfortably (washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, fridge etc) This apartment is perfect for anyone staying long term or short term and it is within walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend

Great location vs price (only 8 mins walk to the beach) and in general for bars and food etc it’s a good spot to be. Smooth check in and great communication from the host.

five stars! amazing apartment to stay in on a short trip to Da Nang. there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, including some with amazing seafood. the apartment has everything you need. and the team at the apartment helped me rent an electric bike at a very good price (just ask them about it). choose this place. you will not regret it

Thanh’s a cheerful, responsive and enthusiastic host. From check in to check out, everything was done smoothly. The place was squeaky clean and I had many great food recommendations from her. Amazing stay!

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!

Great stay! The room is very bright, from the balcony you have a beautiful view with trees and waterfromt, everything is very clean, internet and air conditioning work great, there is a kitchen but i didn't use it as my stay was short and there are a laundry machine and clothes dryer. The location is good, you have restaurants and a winmart close by, i think also some of the attractions are not too far away, especially some famous beach. The hosts are great, very friendly, always happy to help and replying very quickly. Definitely a recommended place to stay in my opinion, you'll have a great time here!

Really helpful and nice team

My wife and I stayed at Mo's apartment for almost 2 months while visiting Da Nang Vietnam. The host Mo met us at the apartment for check-in and a walkthrough. The apartment was as described: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, full kitchen and a balcony with an outstanding view of the city, beach and sea. The apartment was well supplied for our long term stay and included some thoughtful welcome drinks and snacks. The WIFI was reliable and speed was good at about 50 MBS. The beds were extra firm. The building had good security and was only 1 block from the beach. There was lots of great restaurants and markets within walking distance. We loved our balcony view of the city and sea, the city of Da Nang and our SUPERHOST Mo. Mo was so friendly and kind to us. We were invited to have coffee and snacks at her cafe where we were fortunate to meet some of Mo's lovely family. We highly recommend this AIRBNB to other travels and we can't wait to return.

The location and flat was great overlooking the beach. I was asked to inform the host when I left the airport which I completely forgot to do. However the host made sure someone was there to meet us anyway within minutes.

Very responsible host and great help. She’s helped me rent a scooter in 30 mins delivered to the place. She’s also very flexible with me leaving my belongings safe in her property after checking out so I could enjoy the day before heading to the airport at night. The place is gorgeous, great location near the beach and everything you would want to visit. Highly recommended.

I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

Lovely hotel held by lovely people! I stayed there for 2 months and had a great experience. The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. They aways respond to any issues. I needed an extra curtain for the light and they put a new one the next day. The room is very spacious and I slept good because I had all the floor to myself. No neighbours, no noise. The balcony is enjoyable and there is a lot of light because of the big windows. They are flexible and polite people, it was nice to stay with them and I will stay there again!

We had a great stay at Huyen's place in Da nang. The property is exactly as shown in the listing. We loved sitting on the living room sofa and listening to/and watching the ocean waves. The property is a few kilometers from downtown. The taxi/grab cost only a few dollars, so we didn't mind. Also, Marble mountain is very close. Overall, to our standards, Huyen's place is "high end."

호스트분들은 빠른 답변과 친절한 대응을 항상 유지해주셨습니다. 숙소 자체는 깔끔하며 모던한 작은 베트남 일반 주택 느낌으로 짧게 지내시며 경험하기 좋을 것 같습니다. 다만 호텔은 아니다보니 소파나 바닥의 청결상태가 조금 아쉬운 부분과 방음이 잘 되지 않아 큰 대로변 인접으로 주위 소음이 아침 일찍부터 들려옵니다. 수면에 문제가 있으시면 이 부분은 크게 고민해보시길 바랍니다.

My family had the most wonderful time. Communication from the very start was easy and clear and responded quickly to my questions and requests. The apartment is lovely and as pictured. The resort is excellent and we enjoyed using the facilities and the private beach. Mr.Phuc helped us book transport and tours, which made life easy too! We stayed from 24–27 May as a group of three. The apartment had three rooms, with only the master bedroom having an ensuite—it was cramped, and the narrow tub made showering awkward. The unit is on the 41st floor with a partial sea view, mainly from the living area and master bedroom. However, the master room was quite bright in the mornings despite having roll-on curtains, which affected sleep quality. The other two bedrooms faced the corridor. Beds were firm, and pillows needed stacking for comfort. The apartment was clean overall, though towels were stained and had to be replaced upon request. No facial tissues were provided. There were small steps near the kitchen that could be a tripping hazard. We also heard renovation noise from the corridor in the morning, which affected sleep quality as well. On the plus side, the location is convenient with a 24-hour mart and eateries nearby, and the host was prompt and helpful. A decent stay overall, with room for minor improvements.
