Excellent stay! Hannie was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. The place was pleasant, tidy and spacious - very comfortable beds, excellent shower (I love some good water pressure), and quiet compared to other places in the area. But by far my favorite aspect was the view from this place. The patio looks out over the beautifully designed pool, and the view stretches across forest nested villas, over the ocean, and all the way out to the Sơn Trà peninsula. You can see the Lady Buddha easily on a less than clear day. The place is populated by quiet residents and travelers. The area surrounding the pool is serene and beautiful. It's only a short walk to the beach, which was also very clean and has a nice grassy area where we were able let our pup run free. I didn't visit the restaurant there, but it's certainly a nice looking place. Last thing - even though it's not near many restaurants, grab will deliver to this place from anywhere in Hội An or Đã Nẵng!

Amazing location and host. I didn't have luck with the room as there was construction right next to my window, but Suong was kind enough to warn me about it before my arrival. Construction wasn't such a big issue as was the generator working all the time on the small balcony outside. Suong was super kind and flexible, and we agreed to a refund. Loved the location and the place, everything was as described and Suong is a perfect host! I promised I will come back if there are any other rooms available next time.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Great place in a quiet location. Lovely rooftop swimming pool. The room was clean and cozy.

My wife and I stayed at Mo's apartment for almost 2 months while visiting Da Nang Vietnam. The host Mo met us at the apartment for check-in and a walkthrough. The apartment was as described: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, full kitchen and a balcony with an outstanding view of the city, beach and sea. The apartment was well supplied for our long term stay and included some thoughtful welcome drinks and snacks. The WIFI was reliable and speed was good at about 50 MBS. The beds were extra firm. The building had good security and was only 1 block from the beach. There was lots of great restaurants and markets within walking distance. We loved our balcony view of the city and sea, the city of Da Nang and our SUPERHOST Mo. Mo was so friendly and kind to us. We were invited to have coffee and snacks at her cafe where we were fortunate to meet some of Mo's lovely family. We highly recommend this AIRBNB to other travels and we can't wait to return.

Great location vs price (only 8 mins walk to the beach) and in general for bars and food etc it’s a good spot to be. Smooth check in and great communication from the host.

I spent 10 days here and loved every minute of the stay. The apartment is beautifully detailed. All the rooms have ocean views. This is a find. It is right across from the beach. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. There is a large dressing room right before the master bath. The pool on the 33rd floor is amazing. The are numerous restaurants just outside the door. There is a 24 hour market just down the street. Kristine is an amazing host In the Altara suites building where this is located there are numerous Airbnb’s. I talked with many of the owners. One of the main things that made me select Kristine place was that she agreed to provide three key. We were three people so it was mandatory that we each had our own keycard. Most of the owners will only provide two. You cannot access the elevator, pool or the apartment door without a key card. If you are a larger group don’t rent from them if they only want to provide two keys

Thanh’s a cheerful, responsive and enthusiastic host. From check in to check out, everything was done smoothly. The place was squeaky clean and I had many great food recommendations from her. Amazing stay!

The apartment was lovely, clearly it was under some renovation but that didn’t hinder our experience, the view was incredible, I spent a lot of time out on the balcony just enjoying being in Vietnam , close to the mykye beach which is stunning, loads of food places, bars and other things to do , The host was so sweet definitely new to the Airbnb scene, she was so kind and had her parents look after our luggage while the apartment was cleaned, really hope that this is a beautifully blessed career for her and we wish her all the luck in the world xx

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!

Great stay! The room is very bright, from the balcony you have a beautiful view with trees and waterfromt, everything is very clean, internet and air conditioning work great, there is a kitchen but i didn't use it as my stay was short and there are a laundry machine and clothes dryer. The location is good, you have restaurants and a winmart close by, i think also some of the attractions are not too far away, especially some famous beach. The hosts are great, very friendly, always happy to help and replying very quickly. Definitely a recommended place to stay in my opinion, you'll have a great time here!

Firstly I would like to touch on the responsiveness and attentiveness of the Host/Co hosts. They are overwhelmingly helpful with every question/query I have and not only with the apartment but with other things as well. I have not waited any longer than five minutes for a reply and their communication and transparency with absolutely everything is above and beyond and by far the best out of any airbnb I have stayed in. Nhi especially has gone the extra mile for me no matter how small my request/query and it has made my stay extremely streamlined and easy and I am so grateful to have her as my point of contact. The room gets a deep clean once every week which is always communicated to me beforehand. It has all of the appliances and facilities I need to live comfortably (washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, fridge etc) This apartment is perfect for anyone staying long term or short term and it is within walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend

Really helpful and nice team

The location and flat was great overlooking the beach. I was asked to inform the host when I left the airport which I completely forgot to do. However the host made sure someone was there to meet us anyway within minutes.

I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

Lovely hotel held by lovely people! I stayed there for 2 months and had a great experience. The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. They aways respond to any issues. I needed an extra curtain for the light and they put a new one the next day. The room is very spacious and I slept good because I had all the floor to myself. No neighbours, no noise. The balcony is enjoyable and there is a lot of light because of the big windows. They are flexible and polite people, it was nice to stay with them and I will stay there again!

Stayed for 2 months, the team at the apartments are very helpful and went above and beyond to make my time there comfortable.

We had a great stay at Huyen's place in Da nang. The property is exactly as shown in the listing. We loved sitting on the living room sofa and listening to/and watching the ocean waves. The property is a few kilometers from downtown. The taxi/grab cost only a few dollars, so we didn't mind. Also, Marble mountain is very close. Overall, to our standards, Huyen's place is "high end."

The place is nicely designed and comfortable. The shower was excellent! Really enjoyed our stay here.

My family had the most wonderful time. Communication from the very start was easy and clear and responded quickly to my questions and requests. The apartment is lovely and as pictured. The resort is excellent and we enjoyed using the facilities and the private beach. Mr.Phuc helped us book transport and tours, which made life easy too! It was nice to be able to use the Hyatt at an affordable price. It was perfect for a family trip!! Ocean view is guaranteed Apart from breakfast, you can enjoy all the rest of the facilities for free (swimming pool buggy car gym, etc.). It was so good!!

We stayed from 24–27 May as a group of three. The apartment had three rooms, with only the master bedroom having an ensuite—it was cramped, and the narrow tub made showering awkward. The unit is on the 41st floor with a partial sea view, mainly from the living area and master bedroom. However, the master room was quite bright in the mornings despite having roll-on curtains, which affected sleep quality. The other two bedrooms faced the corridor. Beds were firm, and pillows needed stacking for comfort. The apartment was clean overall, though towels were stained and had to be replaced upon request. No facial tissues were provided. There were small steps near the kitchen that could be a tripping hazard. We also heard renovation noise from the corridor in the morning, which affected sleep quality as well. On the plus side, the location is convenient with a 24-hour mart and eateries nearby, and the host was prompt and helpful. A decent stay overall, with room for minor improvements.
