We highly recommend this apartment. It is in a very new and welcoming building with high-end finishes and amenities. The location is very good and walkable on the city side next to the river. The host and the building staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Tommy's place. The apartment is convenient, with a kitchen, a desk suitable for work, and a comfortable bed. The location is excellent, with shops and several good restaurants nearby, and the busiest area is just a few minutes away. The beach is about a 10–15 minute walk.

Great place to stay long term and to work from. It's a quiet street very close walking distance to small supermarkets, restaurants, the "touristic" area and 7 minutes walk to the beach. Internet connection is very reliable. Small balcony to hand clothes outside. I liked it so much that I extended my stay. The host and his team are always responsive and ready to accommodate my requests.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony — especially during sunrise and sunset. The location is super convenient, surrounded by several 24/7 convenience stores and easy access to main roads. It's perfect for families, with enough space and amenities that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang!

Nice place … restaurants and stores are just a walk away… the place is not as prestige as the picture but it I is still good to live in… owner is very responsive and helpful… the rooms are big with own bathroom…but you need to be ready climb the stairs for every room… if you get room number five prepare to exercise everyday… have a very nice kitchen but no plates only bowls and chopsticks to use… I will recommend the place… near the beach…. Easy ride to dragon bridge and nite market… owner will always help for your needs… the best.

Nguyen was incredibly helpful and arranged our stay for a week. Since it was a late booking, she went above and beyond to secure an apartment for us. If you’re ever staying in Muong Thanh, I highly recommend this host. They provide exactly what you see in the Airbnb listing or clearly inform you of any changes upfront. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered many dishonest hosts who post stunning photos but deliver completely different, often run-down apartments upon arrival. Dealing with such hosts has been frustrating, so I truly appreciate Nguyen’s honesty and professionalism. The apartment itself was nice, clean, and free of insects, with a great view. The humidity was high, but that’s a common issue in the area and not specific to the apartment, so be prepared for it! While the stay isn’t cheap, the excellent service and quality make it worth it. Thank you again, Nguyen, for a wonderful experience!
