Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ngũ Hành Sơn

Stayed here a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean and tidy, exactly like the photos. Quinny (co-host) was very responsive and answered questions I had right away. The neighborhood was lovely. Quite, away from busy, touristy areas - I was living among locals for the time I was there. Recommend staying here if you want more of a local stay while visiting Da Nang, but also near local attractions.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

Very responsible host and great help. She’s helped me rent a scooter in 30 mins delivered to the place. She’s also very flexible with me leaving my belongings safe in her property after checking out so I could enjoy the day before heading to the airport at night. The place is gorgeous, great location near the beach and everything you would want to visit. Highly recommended.

I spent 10 days here and loved every minute of the stay. The apartment is beautifully detailed. All the rooms have ocean views. This is a find. It is right across from the beach. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. There is a large dressing room right before the master bath. The pool on the 33rd floor is amazing. The are numerous restaurants just outside the door. There is a 24 hour market just down the street. Kristine is an amazing host In the Altara suites building where this is located there are numerous Airbnb’s. I talked with many of the owners. One of the main things that made me select Kristine place was that she agreed to provide three key. We were three people so it was mandatory that we each had our own keycard. Most of the owners will only provide two. You cannot access the elevator, pool or the apartment door without a key card. If you are a larger group don’t rent from them if they only want to provide two keys

Very good place to stay, the apartment clean enough and the beach very close to the building

Location: Excellent.Just across the road is the sandy beach, 1 min walk.Because it is right on the side of the beach, there are many restaurants and coffee shops around, and there are many Vietnamese Korean dishes Japanese and Italian, there are ATMs and pharmacies downstairs, there are three spas on the first floor, the price is more than moderate, you can swipe the card. Room: As shown in the intro picture, exactly, the balcony and 2 rooms can see the sea (but not in the direction of sunrise, you can see it downstairs, not a problem). Hygiene: Clean as a whole.But the sheets were stained and the couch jacket and cushions seemed like they hadn't been washed in a long time. Suggestions: The toilet paper in the bathroom is thin, it is recommended to change the normal thickness.

It’s perfect house for short-term visitors. It has various type room and bathroom. The host is honest and kind also.

We had a large group of friends stay at Binhs home in Da Nang. We were blown away by how beautiful the house was and how accurate it was to the photos and description. It was very close to the walking streets, cafes and to shopping. The house was cleaned daily and sheets and linen changed every other day. We would definitely recommend this place to any large group visiting Da Nang. ☺️

Stayed 3 Days, 2 Nights.. Location was absolutely great ! Central & convenient to many local restaurants.. Easy Walk to the popular beaches of Da Nang... Also the Rooms is very clean and daily housekeeping . The host, Tram is very friendly too. I highly recommend this AirBNB Stay to everyone looking for affordable & good accommodation. You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

Very good hose and Villa

It's a little out of town, but it's in an area with easy access to Hoi An and easy to get around by car. The riverfront is close, so it's good to take a walk at night.

3 rooms and 3 bathrooms definitely worth the money, it is an ideal place for family to stay. However, the floor is a little bit dusty, the room has lots of mosquitoes, not sure if it's the weather or something else.

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

nice clean, bright apartment. spacious, nice balcony, full fridge, great sunrise views, friendly helpful host. the giant pool is just below the flat, the ocean is 5 minutes walk through the compound. one note, the place is a little isolated and the restaurant at the hotel is not very good, so stock up in Da Nang on your way down and plan to eat out (you can get to Hoi An or An Bang beach with a 10-15 taxi for great food options)

The accommodation was clean and around the Han River, so the river view was also great. It was in the center of Da Nang, so I could move quickly wherever I went. I want to use this accommodation again when I come back to Da Nang next time.

Lovely pool, modern apartment & efficient & professional host.

We had a extended stay at Tra's place and we just loved it! The place is clean, quiet and peaceful to work in. The place has lots of light and sunshine and the view is beautiful, we can even see the sea from the balcony. This apartment is new and has a modern style, which is really nice. We enjoyed being at 10 minutes from the beach, which we enjoy a lot. The place offers a lot of convenience store, as well as an excellent (e-coffee) shop. The brewery is also a great find! I was looking for a place a bit away from the city and I just love the peace and quiet of the place and its surrender. The communication with Tra was great, friendly and responsive from the start. He made sure the place was cleaned and left some local fruit for us to enjoy! I would definitely come back again. I can't recommend Tra's place enough!

I stayed for 5 nights after arriving in Da Nang. There is a little distance from the beach, but it was nice that the nearby restaurants and massage pubs were made.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
