Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Newton County

Very cute house. Close to trail heads we were hiking (hemmed in hollow, hideout hollow), and Ponca area.

We had an amazing time at Hilltop Haven. The house was wonderful and the hot tub was especially nice after long days of hiking, kayaking and off-roading. Sheryl was great about sending detailed instructions before our visit. Google Maps stopped us before the house, but her directions made it easy to find. We also appreciated how pet-friendly it was and our pup had a great time running in the spacious yard & meeting the cows and goats in the neighboring property. 10/10 will book again.

This place was amazing. The view was great, which we enjoyed every evening from the hot tub. The cabin is clean and very spacious. The beds were super comfortable which was nice. The hosts were very helpful with our questions and quickly responded. We will look to book again next year.

The Ratterman Ranch was the perfect place to stay!! I’ve traveled all over the world and this is by far the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in! It was super clean, absolutely beautiful scenery everywhere you looked, and it had so many things at the house to do, along with it being fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! We’re definitely planning on coming back and would recommend it to anyone!! And the hosts were so nice and helpful and very accommodating!!

We had a fantastic stay at the A-frame in Arkansas! The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind after days filled with hiking and kayaking. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an awesome bonus—especially after long days outdoors. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My stay at A Peace of Heaven was absolutely incredible. The name says it all—this place truly is a peaceful retreat tucked away in the Ozarks. The views were stunning and made every moment feel calm and grounding, whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the hot tub The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub was a highlight—soaking while taking in the scenery was the perfect way to unwind. The location feels remote in the best way, and the quiet made it easy to reset and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of Arkansas. I’d love to come back!

The beauty of this home is unprecedented. I wish we had a day to enjoy the deck and home. The drive to the house was accurate and it’s an adventure in and of itself. But sooo worth the view and amazing home. We had the best time going on hikes and the house was the perfecting end and start to our days. Things that were great besides the deck: shower, bed, kitchen and living room. We didn’t spend anytime upstairs and really should have tried the tub out.

I have stayed at many nice AirB&B's but this one has been my favorite by far! The communication was the best out of any host I've dealt with. This place was PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL! We would have booked 1 extra day had it been available if that says anything. The walk to the Little Buffalo River was great! There is one place along this walk where dogs will come out and bark like they're going to attack but are wagging their tails and leave you alone. (do not let them steer you away from this walk) The mini waterfalls and creek next to the cabin was PERFECT! We were close enough to enjoy all the places we wanted to see with beautiful scenic drives along the way. THE BEDS ARE AMAZING! You can see the heart and thoughtfulness that went into every detail of this cabin inside and out. Thank you for making our first annual mom and daughter trip THE BEST with this PERFECT cabin away from everyday life! Large enough to accommodate yet cozy enough to get the time we all needed together.

We loved our stay at Cooper's Cabin. The view from the wonderful back porch is spectacular. We all enjoyed the hot tub. There was lots of space to hang out and play inside and out of the cabin for my family of 5. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. In addition, the cabin is close to so many great hiking trails and close to the Buffalo River for canoeing/kayaking/swimming. Great getaway! We highly recommend!

We brought our 3 teen/adult kids and their guests to Jasper to kayak for the weekend. All 8 people had a comfortable bed and plenty of room to play ping-pong, hot tub (pretty easy and a neat touch)cook s’mores over the fire pit, foosball and played board games too. Cooking: Ninja cookware was great to cook with, the tools were sharp and well appointed, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies **hot water lasted through all 8 (short) showers and washing dishes to boot** We brought our own kayaks and this cabin was located right in between Pruitt and Hasty. Easy enough to drop kayaks and cars at start and finish. Over all a great and memorable stay!

We had 6 people in our group for a girls weekend. We had great sleeping accommodations. This cabin does get the most traffic with other cabins being on down the road from it but still seemed private especially the back porch. We had a lot of fun and it was a perfect spot for us to get to all the waterfalls we wanted to view.

The home was beautiful inside and out. The view was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back. We would highly recommend this property.

The view from the porch was even more beautiful than the photos. You can see cows grazing on the hill if you use the binoculars. The entire place was very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook properly and be comfortable. We really enjoyed playing scrabble while watching movies on the TV. There were binders with lots of awesome recommendations on things to do/places to eat. Jaspers pizza was so good and the little town was super cute. The area was secluded and felt very safe. We had the pleasure of meeting both of the neighbors little dogs. They came to the house one at a time to say hello and they were so calm and sweet and loved being held. We were also greeted with a super thoughtful gift from the host! We had a great time and we would definitely stay again.

Had the good fortune to stay at some really nice places over the years ... This cabin is at or near the top of the list .. EVERY amenity conceivable and super clean.. Host was excellent !

My husband and I really enjoyed our staying at this property. The place was full stocked with everything we need for our stay, very clean and nicely decorated. The hot tub and propane fire pit was wonderful especially using while watching the sunset set. The record player and telescope were a nice touch. I would highly recommend staying here. We loved it!

Very clean. Beautiful views. Wonderful place to stay. Make sure you bring toilet paper and trash bags though because there aren’t any extras in the house.
