We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU, 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile river & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dogs are fenced or in our home. Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB.

Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
